really excellent video. I wa just wondering how tight should the front drop link bushings be. I've seen some that the bushes are squeezed and deformed and some that they are nice and straight
I’ve always gone with what’s in the service manual that’s 16ft lbs and never had binding issues, generally in my experience I try to leave everything loose until the bar itself is in the best position to where those end links are nice and straight and I’ll start tightening it down working from the inside out (bar - end links)
Hey man. Awesome video. Got the same one. How do the end links line up. I've seen other videos of other sway bars and the end links are crooked, scrunched, etc. Hows the fitment. Was gonna maybe do the da integra. The oem is 24mm and lines right up. But spent the money so might as well go with this one. Nice vid
Thanks for the support man, I had zero fitment issues with the end links, once I had the bar up in place they lined up exactly where I needed them with no headaches or surprises, same when I switched over from the stock cross member / radius arm setup to the maxpeedingrods traction bar no stress with fitment
As far as the caliper upgrade goes honed has 2 configurations - 88-00 civic / Integra with 262mm front discs and 88-00 civic integra with 242mm front discs those are model specific. For The sway bar I didn’t have to upgrade LCA, my stock dx arms had the provision for the end link
It definitely is much tighter up front, in my opinion it’s much more responsive then again it is a non power steering car, but personally and this just for my comfort i liked the way it felt much more when paired with the stock crossmember up front when I made the switch to the maxpeedingrods front traction bar it lightened the front end up response wise
I did not have one installed before, it’s a DX shell so I’ll give you a full report once I get this thing back down on the ground and out there for a cruise.

Question is this with the front brake swap for a da9 or a specific control arm is needed for that swaybar
