Article 31C contains the first clause and the second clause.
(1) By the 25th constitutional amendment, two items were included?
(2) State the 25th Constitutional Amendment and 42nd Constitutional Amendment in Article 31C item wise.

LoP is a statutory position which is defined in the Act "Allowance of the LoP in the parliament Act 1977".
LoP is also known as "Shadow Prime minister" because if current PM falls then he is ready to take over the PM post

Article 324 के अनुसार कानून अभी तक नही बना। नियुक्ति गलत प्रक्रिया से हो रही थी। Parliament ने आज तक गलत काम किया। Supreme कोर्ट औफ़ इडिया balance approach रक्खे, पार्लियामेंट मन मानी करती रहे।
आज तक Cinstitution के article 324 को ना मानने के लिये पार्लियामेंट पर contempt priceedungs होनी चाहिये।
Committee के मेम्बर्सईलेक्शन के beneficiary नही हो सकते।
