In New York there are Italian immigrant families that have lived in the city for generations and brought their food culture with them. The few that opened pizzerias developed their recepies over generations. That's why we got some dope pizza.
To me American food is a mix of food from all over the world. There's nothing that's pure American to me when it comes to food. No wait, I take that back. Peanutbutter jelly sammiches are Murican. lol
Oh wait! Came up with another weird thing only Muricans like: mac n cheese. How blend can you eat your fucking macaroni? lol. I prefer it Italian style with tomato sauce and ground beef.
Go to the food festivals in Toronto. All the festivals have tents and lots of food going for blocks down the road. A lot of international food too and alcohol
I’m British and British people don’t really eat “British” food. Its usually a mixture of different cultures. Our national dish is actually an Indian curry lol. Oh and fish and chips is best by the seaside not in the middle of the city.
tiff is right. i'm used to british food so when i had american food, it wasn't nice personally. the bacon i had was so hard, everything was super greasy and when i drank 7up or any other carbonated beverage, all i tasted was the high fructose corn syrup 😦 however, the dim sum i had tasted the same as it does in London and in n out burger was really nice but the fries tasted like cardboard
Food festivals in the South are actually incredible, we have Strawberry and Peach festivals every year and when you go there is so much shit to buy and try out.
I can't wait til you guys have a 360 table allowing for 8 seats instead of 6 and you can have more guest. Keep Steve forever , the chemistry he brings to the team is awesome, he makes everyone shine! ❤️
This makes me miss south Korea when I went to go visit. The street food and the food in general was sooo good! Every place I went to was great. Also Sacramento represent!! David
I have only been to one Costco, so idk if this is for every costco, but the one near us makes pizza that tastes extremely close to NY style pizza! Its insane! My heart is always with NYC, but sadly I live in Ohio for now.
Think they are talking about traditional English food. Not awesome Indian that is somehow the national food now hahahaha but thats why indian food took over. Haha
As a British Bangladeshi, British food tastes like shit except for a few things here and there. I just stick to what my mum makes at home coz Indian/bengali food is bomb as well as restaurants.
Trust me British food is bad its not the worst but its just tasteless sometimes. Fish and chips is actually Portuguese the fish named cod where we use in fish and chips comes from Portugal. The British just added the chips hahaha but yeah better food out there. Chinese and Japanese is the bomb though
y'all needa come to Toronto in the summer and go to Ribfest.. its a lit food festival full of ribs, bbq chicken, a billion other food trucks, and a carnival
Y'all need to check out food festivals in Austin, TX. I haven't been to any specific food ones, but I always feel that any festival that Austin puts on usually delivers. They've been doing festivals for years, and with its vibrant music scene, you're never really let down. Also, as a college student, I can attest that there are usually many steals you can find at the public free festivals (free, meaning there's no entrance fee), like Pecan Street Festival, SXSW, and the common Farmers' Markets. There are also Octoberfests available and other specific festivals geared towards, beer, BBQ, hot sauce, queso, margaritas, oysters, etc. I'm sure some are a hit or a miss, depending on quantity or portion sizes, but I would hope that they provide a quality experience. I'm sure there are other cities that definitely do it better (like Sacramento) but from the 4 years I've lived here, I can't get enough of the festival culture. By the way, sounds like Sacramento fests are dope, I need to check it out!
I'm from the UK and I agree that our food is bland for the most part. I would however say not to judge fish and chips until you've been to a proper family owned shop in the countryside or by the sea.
we actually have a strawberry festival in watsonville near santa cruz, cheesy rides and carnival games but there's about 12 tents. i always go for the strawberry funnel cake.
The reason why the pizza was small is because the party planner's chef quit he day before the actual event. So he had to buy pizza form another restaurant. He also did not have enough money for tables so that's why there were only tents
Dudeeee, I went to Chicago and happened to stay in a hotel right next to Uno. That shit was the best pizza I've ever had, and my mom agreed. I live fairly close to NYC, and it does not compare imo.
I’m from London, and yes, almost all our food is truly terrible. What makes it’s worse though, is how many brits are jingoistic and or delusional. Most of us can’t even cook either and have no interest in doing so, but we’ll proudly turn our nose up at anything too “foreign”, before even trying it. As a people, we collectively have the culinary tastes of an overly proud and disinterested toddler, munching on bland colourless chicken nuggets. Whilst simultaneously judging everyone else’s creativity, safely a top our children’s high chair.
Come to Taste of Madison in Wisconsin! A lot of vendors come out to sell some stuff. You get a decent amount of food for no more than $4 and its free to get in! Also, the cheese curds are amazing!
wow steve is so right !! the US and Canada don't have a specific strong culture to stick to. because they're a mixing of people from around the world, we've become a mixture of culture and that's what makes it amazing 😊😊😊
One really good and fun food “festival” is the “Taste of Chicago.” It’s smaller than it used to be but it is still a really fun thing to do along with tasting food from all across Chicago.
Ofcourse Fish and chips is shite in London, it only tastes good if you're going to a coastal town.
Nothing beats fish and chips either way
London isn't that far from the coast why the fuck does it still taste terrible
Cause it's winter and gloomy most of the time so the fish would taste like shit
Jasmine O'Hanlon I think that it's the British pronunciation of sh*t. I have heard people say sh*te, it's pronounced sh-ight.
Fish and chips in my home town is pretty fucking amazing ngl but I live in the North not South
Steve needs to be on this show permanently. Hahaha 🤣🤣🤣
dvo456 hahahahahahahaha
Hahahahahaha
Ahahahahahaha
In New York there are Italian immigrant families that have lived in the city for generations and brought their food culture with them. The few that opened pizzerias developed their recepies over generations. That's why we got some dope pizza.
I’m from the UK and I can confirm that it sucks.
Irah.Wong EXCEPT the Indian food 😋
I like the dynamics in this video, Steve is so funny lol. I still miss the beaws tho, how cool would it be if they had more people than 6.
Stefania Livya it would be complete chaos too many people would be talking we would never hear the article
They probably can, theyre probably taking care of their baby.
They've done that before. It doesn't work. Not because it's too many but some people just end up sitting there and not saying anything
cr1m1nalspeed and then commenters complain that those ppl don't talk enough lol
Nahhh no beaws. I really like these new different guests
I swear the best potatoes are the ones you grow yourselves. Especially when you fertilize your gardens with dead bodies of your enemies.
Viet Lee And your own shit.
You are the best potato.
Viet Lee 69th like
Thou shant reclaim thy crown of commenter king! Stand down or face thy consequences!
Seems like something Dwight Schrute would say
The hell was that shit? Even pizza rat had a bigger slice, tf. Lmao
I love Steve & David as guests LOL you guys need them together more often!!
Steve is the best
To me American food is a mix of food from all over the world. There's nothing that's pure American to me when it comes to food. No wait, I take that back. Peanutbutter jelly sammiches are Murican. lol
Oh wait! Came up with another weird thing only Muricans like: mac n cheese. How blend can you eat your fucking macaroni? lol. I prefer it Italian style with tomato sauce and ground beef.
black4pienus that would be what we consider spaghetti with macaroni noodles
black4pienus Cereal is pure American
PBJ FTW
That's because America is made from multiple countries from Europe
Steve *CONTINUOUSLY* has me dead 😂😂😂😂😭😭😩😩I swear anytime he talks it’s something hilarious
Go to the food festivals in Toronto. All the festivals have tents and lots of food going for blocks down the road. A lot of international food too and alcohol

EllDotx you just need to get used to the preservatives
COOL sounds nice lol
Lisa I'm from Australia and I tried American bacon and omfg it was the weirdest experience ever, so greasy oily and gross 😢
so true Elldotx all that stuff you tried is exactly like that all the time.
KittensHavePowers don't like, don't come to America, or eat American food

If I went to that food festival and I saw that tiny ass slice I don't care who we're fighting.
Taste of colorado is a good food festival. Its huge and there's always tons of vendors. Never really stuck around for the rides or music but it's dope
I have only been to one Costco, so idk if this is for every costco, but the one near us makes pizza that tastes extremely close to NY style pizza! Its insane! My heart is always with NYC, but sadly I live in Ohio for now.

Every time Casey laughs, I picture Elmo... I love it though
No food in London mostly sucks but fish and chips by the seaside is amazing
Try the food outside of London. Only thing that's nice there from what I've experienced is that they make it fast.
Love Tiff's shoutout for Selena!
As a British Bangladeshi, British food tastes like shit except for a few things here and there. I just stick to what my mum makes at home coz Indian/bengali food is bomb as well as restaurants.

Our city does Kempenfest. A huge outdoor craft show that wraps around the lake in two layers of tents. Ya Canada!
"It just looks like a skin graph for Freddy Kruger" Had me deceased.
I'm from Louisiana and I didn't know that food festivals were bad in other parts of the country (and that there were so few).
In philly we have an annual food truck festival down by the water at penns landing, and we have restaurant week
The reason why the pizza was small is because the party planner's chef quit he day before the actual event. So he had to buy pizza form another restaurant. He also did not have enough money for tables so that's why there were only tents
we have a greek festival here in oregon and its pretty good, the food is good too
These guys need to try Chicago style pizza.
Jake Ramos Uno pizza or giordanos
Dudeeee, I went to Chicago and happened to stay in a hotel right next to Uno. That shit was the best pizza I've ever had, and my mom agreed. I live fairly close to NYC, and it does not compare imo.
Even dollar pizza from 2Bros is better looking and wayyy bigger than that 😂
Garlic festival? I'm down.

One really good and fun food “festival” is the “Taste of Chicago.” It’s smaller than it used to be but it is still a really fun thing to do along with tasting food from all across Chicago.
The food and wine festival at Disney's Epcot is really good
From uk and when i went to the states the food there was more sweeter than here but that could be just me
I live in central California and we have taco wars, where u pay 9$ and eat all the taco samples then judge 1st place
I would've been the person who went behind the booth and stole a whole box of cold pizza and left
