I worked there as a cook for a few months as a first job a few years ago, I can confirm I never reused pizza or saw anyone else do it. Honestly would have just made more work for me to piece them together more often than not 😂 to the people saying they see Chuck E Cheese employees taking pizzas to the back, yes we did do that so that we could have lunch lol
That being said, we are talking about a place that hires 16 year olds to cook pizzas so it really wouldn’t surprise me if there were employees doing that here or there

His explanation makes 0 sense. Even if it was jostled around the slices would still like up evenly. And even if the pepperonis slid down they would also still line up and the other half would be at least somewhere near it. Which it isn’t. No. When the silde thw pizza on to the pan the pizza silce tip gets a little smushed causing the pizza crust not to line up properly. And pepperoni is folded some times but but the one in shanes video is folded but happened to be flipped so you cant see how it's folded.

Okay OBVIOUSLY at some point that pizza is fresh. But the conspiracy is that the left over pizzas are pieced together into a new pizza. We know how to make a damn pizza. So this proves absolutely nothing. ALSO they probably only do that when it’s busy. Clearly he had the time to make the pizza look perfect considering they were closed to film this video.

I like Shane Dawson. But this conspiracy is getting out of hand. First Shane could have just done it himself but asking for different slices to make a RUclips video, I hope that is not the case but it could have happened. And secondly, if it did happen it could have just been that one Chuck e cheese out of the dozens of ones out there. I have never been to chuck e cheese, but I am assuming your health code regulations cannot be that bad (I live in Canada so I just know how strict ours are) because if they are to standard then they would have been shut down a long time ago.
I am just tired of hearing everyone relying on the thoughts of just one guy when they have never even experienced it themselves. It is just a bit crazy to me. I am all in for people questioning it, but it is weird to me that people will just 100% believe a person that they don’t know. Like question it but just don’t fully believe it unless you do some research.
It is just sad since I can see places like this close down, and then tons of people will lose their jobs based on this one theory a RUclipsr came up with that may not even be true.
Also don’t hate me for stating this, I just don’t want anyone to lose their jobs and I just want people to think for themselves and actually research it.

This poorly done video gave me an irrational anger. Let me explain why in 3 points. 1. Chuck E Cheez was prepared for this video OF COURSE THEY WILL SHOW YOU HOW THINGS *SHOULD* BE DONE. 2. That pizza, looked NOTHING like Shane’s uneven pizza. If his pizza looked like that, the theory would be debunked immediately. 3. The slices on Shane’s pizza clearly did not line up from one point on the pizza to another directly across from it. So yes this pizza was nice but there is no way to prove it’s always like that at every chuck e cheez. This proved nothing and I’m angry that you think it did.

I worked here. I've had hundreds of pizzas from Chuck E. Cheese, and watched even more get made right in front of me. They were all handmade and served fresh.

love this video. i work at chuck e cheese and our pizzas all hand made. we cut our pizzas incredibly thin so you get more slices, and our pizza pans are more oval shaped which is why they look like that.
Literally look up any picture of Chuck E. Cheese pizza. The pizza they made in the video doesn’t look anywhere near jostled up as all the other pizzas..
The pizza he made was perfectly round but the other pizzas the audience have seen were not rounded and were different pizza pieces. So this video does not make me believe they dont use previous pizza to make *new* pizza.

How about at 1:27:48 when Shane is clearly using a crooked straight edge to “prove” the slices don’t line up...
The only question is whether Shane was being willfully deceptive for personal gain, or whether he accidentally (and ignorantly) used a crooked straight edge to check the linearity of the slices...
But by all means, check the video for yourself, and measure whether the straight edge he uses is in fact straight...confirm this by noticing that the countertop (or other references in the background) CAN be confirmed to be straight...just his “straight” edge seems to be crooked.

It makes sense that the pieces are jostled around, but ultimately when you line them up, they should line up, like there shouldnt be a significant size difference. Also, shane noticed that the cut doesnt even go all the way across the pizza, like there is no way they would have cut it like that unless they hurrying that fast(which means they cut it halfway and then kinda slid the knife like... Sky He no... incorrect... The pizza in this video did line up. The pizzas others get when nobody knows there is a camera are not explained in this video. The pizza is cut AFTER it is cooked, so even if the pizza is not perfectly circular ALL the slices would line up if this video were true.

But if the pizza moves around a bit when they slide it onto the tray, if you push it back to position, the cut lines should still match up. They should have put a pizza through the cooker twice to see if it burns.

Moving around pieces to put into the final plate doesn’t make the end result not fit together at all. Like when Shane ordered it he tried to push the pieces the together if it actually fit like a perfect pizza but it didn’t. So just by moving around slices doesn’t mean that the end result shouldn’t match.

In Shane’s video, it wasn’t the shape of the pizza, the whole thing looked like it was separate slices. Not just a little curve in the dough. The chef in this video made the whole pizza (the cheese side and the pepperoni side) in one, in Shane’s video, the cheese and pepperoni pizza were COMPLETELY different sizes. Infact the pepperoni side was cut in 4 slices and the cheese was in 6. One slice was completely bigger than the others it wasn’t “moved around”, the pepperonis were not even matching each other on other slices. U can’t say that happened because of the cutting plus when he said Shane said some parts were “glued together” with cheese, but the chef said some parts of the melted cheese oozed out, it wasn’t just the cheese oozing out, it was literally shredded cheese melted on top, u could see the shape of the cheese shreds. I call bs

I worked for chuck e cheese's, and all of this is true! The dough is made fresh first thing in the morning then sat out and then making the pizzas was exactly as described with the chart inside to list the different portions and amounts etcetc. probably the kids who don't understand yet or don't have the common knowledge to understand. But things like these would get to an uneducated mind!

This is just a silly attempt for BuzzFeed to capitalize on the Shane vs Chuck E Cheese conspiracy. There’s a noticeable difference between the pizza not being “perfectly round” when it’s formed on the pizza pan versus some slices straight up not being the same size as others. Also, the cuts don’t line up right out of the kitchen in Shane’s video. The pizza the guy made looks nothing like the pizza in Shane’s video.
I still believe Shane just because of the cuts on the Pizza. Like I get you do it fast but come on.

I work at a speedway and we have the same kind of pizza cutter that they use. If your an idiot (like me) the pizza does usually end up not matching the other slices crust shape
