After a few days of gentle use I can now go up and down stairs with greater ease. My balance has improved and I walk around with greater ease. These results were with only about 5 days, so just think how much better it will be in a month.

Oh that excites me I hope I have similar results I just ordered today it's my birthday and I splurged on this it's going to take 4 days to get to me from Amazon and I wish it was two days the way Prime used to deliver I'm so excited I can't wait are you feeling even better now than when you wrote this review
@@SparkingLife111 I’m excited for you! I hope you find the results you are seeking with this vibration device. I still use it as often as I can. I like to workout really hard once in a while. In the days that follow, I use the vibration plate to recover with the massage setting. When I can’t fit in a workout, I use the vibration plate on the full vibration setting. Just be careful. Give your body time to react so that you can see how you feel. Everyone is different. ❤

glad I can help! Hope you find what you're looking for with the device. Be patient with the exercise results. Find your own best settings. But you don't have to be too patient with the massage setting. That one works really well immediately. ; )

good luck! If you get it on Amazon, be sure to see if they have "like new" in the new & used option on the right side of the page. You might be able to get a great one at a lower price from someone who returned it because it wasn't a good fit for them. I got mine for a hundred bucks off! And lifepro has great customer service is something goes wrong. They are awesome.

Good luck! Remember that it is very effective, even at half the full power. I've been using it for a while at the setting of 30 (full is 60), and it works really well.

I hope it helps you on your fitness endeavors. I have been working out pretty hard at the gym recently, pushing my body after taking a break for about a year. I can tell you that using the vibration plate is like no other workout at the gym. I am so glad that I have it. Circulation of lymphatic fluid and blood through your legs is so important. The workout setting takes care of this. And the massage setting will make you want to sleep!

Thanks sooo much for this video. Im and ex athlete with 2 knee surgeries under my belt with a fairly active lifestyle. Low impact is typically the way to go for me. I picked up hiking living in Colorado but being back home in Texas exercising outdoors is pretty much out of the question. My transition is typically a longer one making sure I take it slow and easy with my knees. I looking to add something in addition to my bike and your feedback is exceptionally helpful. Best wishes!
Good luck! Let me know how it goes. I'm very curious about how much people can recover and get back to typical exercise and movement after knee surgery. My physical therapist says that if the surgery goes well and the person is responsible in recovery, changes can be amazing. I'd love to hear how yours goes.
Ive been using the total body enhancement at planet fitness, which has a plate built into it more and more for the past year or so. I started to realize that it was really making me feel good and help my circulation after. I was going to opt for a cheaper one but I think it's one of those things that has the potential to really help my health. After watching this video I'm going with a quality one. on days I don't go to the gym, because I'm too busy, or I simply don't want to, I do 10 minutes on my vibration plate and I feel a pretty good workout that nothing at the gym can give me. I hope you enjoy your device!

take it easy. a little bit at a time. And good luck with your knee replacement surgery! I know several people who had it done. It was a difficult process, but when all was healed, they were amazed at their ability to move! hope you have a great experience.
Warning not sposed to use a vibration plate 6 mos after joint replacement surgery!! And a Comment under another video said they had bone on bone and after using the plate no longer needed knee replacement!!

Hey! I'm glad the video helped. There is a lot of info about vibration plates out there.
What I have been finding myself saying to people who want a vibration plate nowadays, is that they should BE CAREFUL. These things can be very powerful. I believe this about the Rumblex 4D. It is powerful. Using the strongest settings for 10 minutes can make you feel very sleepy after. It doesn't feel like a workout at the gym, but it can work the hell out of you so hard that your body needs immediate rest. It's the truth.
My wife stayed away from the vibration plate at first because she did not like how it made her body feel. She would get itchy from the activation of histamines in her body.
People believe that these machines can help with bone density. I have not studies that definitely prove these claims, yet I see that Power Plate claims them as well. I believe that the main thing you have to do is find one that has the hertz you need for power. You also want to buy a unit that has multiple settings and movements. Rumblex has all of this. I believe that it is just as good as the results Power Plate promises.
I've used expensive vibration plates at gyms before. I like my Rumblex best.
Thanks for the video, I am glad the Lifepro is working for you. Since this video was done in Jan 2022, I am wondering what is your assessment now a year and a half later? Would you still recommend it or is there a better brand or model that is an improvement over this reviewed model. Thank you!
Thank you for your comment! I think that after these years of using the Rumblex 4D, I would definitely recommend any vibration plates from the Rumblex series. The hz goes to 40hz with the Rumblex series. Others usually only reach 15hz. The Rumblex is stronger than anything else out there. And you have so many different variations of settings that you can use. It's best for bone density, and it's best for lymphatic drainage (both different settings).
I’ve been using my Rumblex for a little over a year. In 2023, knee replacement surgery was recommended. I opted for the vibration plate instead. I’m back to talking without pain or cane. Really, I feel that my cartilage is regenerating despite the fact that the medical community says that’s not possible. Age 82…and I’m glad I didn’t go with a surgical suggestion.
Vibration does help, especially with your mother’s condition….There is a smaller vibration plate out there and the FDA approved the vibration technology as a safe and effective treatment.

Having a hard time finding out of this is better than Power Plate and if Power Plate just has celebrity endorsement but isn’t actually better. What do you think about Power Plate (aside from cost). Is this Rumble you got better than the Power Plate?
the first time I used a vibration plate was in a YMCA. They had two. Both were platforms attached to a stand with handles. These were probably over $10,000 each. The reason why those were made available at this gym was because elderly people were able to step onto them and easily set the program from the stand. It was a heavy duty machine.
I used a home vibration plate next. It had oscillation capabilities and that was about it. I liked it, but I wanted more.
I have the LifePro Rumblex 4D. It is much cheaper than the gym ones, stronger than the hundred dollar ones on Amazon, I can easily move it throughout my house, I don't need to use the stand for support, and I have no problem setting my workout from the wristband it comes with. When it comes to power, I feel that it works me out better than the $10,000 gym one ever did.
There are many reasons why some might be pricier than others: longevity, plastic vs metal, stability, etc. My Rumblex works for me. It is very powerful. It is sturdy. It has the right hertz. It has the massage setting I need. And it's convenient. I think I got a great deal.
I think power plate puts themselves side by side with "elite" workout types: celebrities, exclusive gyms, etc. If I'm a celebrity one day, maybe I'll get one and try it out. But for now, my Rumblex is awesome enough.

Thank you for your comment! I hope you find what you're looking for in this device. I've been using it more often recently (New Year's resolution). It REALLY works. I set it at all three vibrations at once with a pretty strong speed. I tighten abs, pelvic floor, thighs, etc. Boy, does it make my body work! I hope you find success with whatever you buy. 😉

Losing someone at 50 is difficult. That is way too young. And then losing your mom too? Man, I am truly sorry. Please hang in there. Your family needs you. I hope you have someone you can share all of your feelings with. Just talking it out can sometimes lead to healing, revelations, catharsis, etc. On my video about death, I talk about the last time I saw my father. It changed my life. It made me realize we never really die. Life goes on. We just have to manage how we want to remember them, miss them, and move forward. Take good care of yourself, brother. Appreciate the life we have.

Hi, thank you for your review. Could you tell me what does the higher hertz do on those machines? Thank you❤
the hz are a measurement of wavelengths. From what I know, and have experienced, the wavelengths on the less expensive models have wavelengths that "jolt" your body in the direction that you desire: horizontally, vertically, etc. With the hz on the more expensive models, the wavelengths don't "jolt" as much as they travel through your body. This has a completely different affect on the body that the cheaper oscillating vibration plates cannot deliver, no matter how strong it jolts you.
I hope that helps. ❤ I have a pinched nerve, or maybe it's a pulled muscle?? Not sure, but I used the massage mode yesterday and today while lying down on it. It massages on a deeper level than a handheld massager. The pain is gone. : )
do you ever use ONLY the pulsation mode (not oscillation; not lateral) and I was wondering how gentle that is. e.g. do you know how much it displaces up to down?
I use it for pulsation. It is awesome. That is "massage" mode. I use it for lymphatic massage and drainage. It works really well. The hz goes to 40hz on this machine. Others usually only reach 15hz. The Rumblex is very strong. It rises 1.5mm up and down. When it's full blast, you can feel the vibration in your face. It completely relaxes me after I'm done.
@@thelegendarydaddy9670... woah, 40 Hz? I saw a rep who reported max 14 Hz. I'm really hoping you are correct on the 40 Hz, as research suggests bone benefit is from 20-50 Hz. When I ordered my unit yesterday, the rumblex plus, I was under the impression it was max 14 Hz, so now I'm hopeful. (Maybe the 14 hz was for the side to side, and oscillation mode? And maybe hopefully the pulsation mode is max 40 Hz. Fingers crossed. Love the video, thanks so much.

I bought the Turbo 3D a couple of years ago and I love it! I’m thinking about upgrading to the Rumblex 4D. I’ll probably keep the 3D under my desk just to help with circulation while I’m working.
what made you choose this over the Pro model?
I think the Pro model is great! I bought the 4d model because i got a better deal. Way cheaper and refurbished. That's the only reason.
I just got mine today is it supposed to make a constant beeping noise I haven’t been able to find anything online about this and it’s really annoying.
no. it is not supposed to beep constantly. One of the best things about LifePro is their customer support. I would contact them. I would also read the handbook to find troubleshooting options.
