Lianne is an absolute legend. I first discovered her while listening to the song "Clouds" on Prince's "Art Official Age" album. Her airy backup voice and her beautiful vibrato in the bridge of the song caught my attention, I was searching the song credits to see who this beautiful voice belonged to. I'm such a huge fan of this English based Greek-Jamaican beauty. She has such control in her voice and is such a talented singer/songwriter, I just hope that soon she will get the credit she well deserves!
Don't forget Ghost, Liar, They could be wrong, Tokyo (recorded versions are the best imho), and for Live performances her Chiba Visuals gig has some epic/dope songs on it, and her Glastonbury performance of Weird Fishes was something else (even die hard Radiohead fans were feeling the interpretation!).
This performance gets me every time. It's odd, for a hairy arsed bloke like me, coincidently I always seem to get something in my eye when listening to this.
First time I saw her was her incredible live cover of 'Wierd Fishes' at Glastonbury 2014, I think? (I mean... being able to successfully pull off a Radiohead cover is a pretty mean feat!) Then the live version of 'Forget' on the Line of Best Fit channel. I was lucky enough to see Jeff Buckley perform twice in 1995, and she honestly instantly enraptured me in the same way. And from her it seems more effortless! I hope to see her live soon. In fact, my only criticism is that she's mostly better live than on record... I'm not sure who's produced her so far, but I've sometimes been a bit disappointed, seeing as her live performances are so stunning. She should be a household name!
She was a multi instrumentalist at a young age (like Prince) but, unfortunately, the material that I've heard of hers doesn't really showcase much of that talent
Yo mbd you NEED to react to more yelawolf it’s right up your alley you won’t be disappointed. Some good songs include pop the drunk box Chevy 1 5 or 7 and get mine ft kid rock or get away

100% agreeing with the comment: its about perfect timing & phrasing on guitar and voice, no cheating. There are very few people who can pull this off.
