Does anyone else have the "Hide on my computer folders" unchecked already and still cann option unchecked on their mac desktop app and still has the Contact List option greyed out?
I guess for the newest version it's not available yet. I had to switch back to the old version: answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com/forum/all/no-new-contact-list-on-outlook-for-mac-v1644/54364e6e-3537-491d-97ef-07d5f556658c
This lack of feature parity with Widows has surely gone on long enough? This video doesnt represent the current release, where you still cant create contact lists (I think). Pees me off!

I think you are using an older version of Outlook for Mac, there isn’t any such option available in new look of Outlook.
The option is there with office 365

I think you have to do this in legacy mode. This is an old video and I can confirm that the checkbox you speak of is not there.
