  • This is a tour of the water village in Brunei where 30,000 people live in stilt houses. It's a regular community with a police station and firehouse. They have schools and even a small gym. It's just that the entire village is over water.

You can go inside the mosque, normally there are guides outside the mosque entrance, except on friday noon because of friday prayer, on normal day but u must wear robes provided on the mosque entrance, unfortunately, i dont think the robes are placed outside on friday, anyway the mosque had been closed to public for months now since the pandemic covid19.

U.S. passport-holders must have at least six months' validity, and six blank visa-pages remaining on their passport before entering Brunei for business or pleasure, and are required to obtain a visa prior to arrival in Brunei for visits beyond 90 days.
I had no real problems coming into the country. It was easy with a US passport.

The vilkage used to be divided into wards. Each village has its own specislity. .The blacksmiths came from Kampong Psndai Besi or the
the fishermen from Kg.Saba.Different villsge has its own occupation dervinh the country..Now no more like that.
