I completely agree about A Scanner Darkly except for me, it's first (second to do android's dream) as I felt its message hit me harder than the other one. The movie is amazing. I saw the movie before reading the book yet it didn't matter at all. So amazing.
Since I started watching your videos, I think this is the collection I'm the most jealous of (for PKD, I've only got a pocketbook of Electric Sheep). I remember really digging the Scanner Darkly movie from 2006.
@@DanMalyk thank you soooo much for tuning in. So you liked Skanner Darkly...awesome. I'm rereading his work so I'll read that first. Thanks. And the movie was so cool.
Hey my friend. Thanks for the cool comment, and the question. My love for Fear Street started it all. I'm kind of an outcast, never really felt like I fit in anywhere...so I thought of calling myself Shadyside something or other.... that's where all the bad stuff happens on Fear Street. But that name was taken. Sunnyvale is the better-off neighborhood where the people with money live, but I damn sure don't fit there. So I decided on Sunnyvale Reject. Thanks for checking out my videos. Please, stick around, and write again.
Hi Jason. Just dropped by to wish you and your family a happy and healthy weekend! -James & Bella!
@@Littlebiglibrary Hey James. Always good to hear from you. Everyone is good around here. I hope y'all are doing well too. Hi to Bella.
Very good choices and analysis. Other ones that I like are, "Eye in the Sky", "Time Out of Joint", "Dr Bloodmoney" and "Galactic Pot-Healer".
Hey my friend. Good to hear from you. I don't have Time Out of Joint but since you like it I'll order it today and check it out. Thanks for writing.
