The bears...love bears, and I will try this technique for winter scenes which can be challenging, especially snow scenes. Been following you ever since you started and love your growth as a crafter. Trying to get my granddaughter involved, because she's very artistic and loves to paint. Wishing you and yours a great holiday season and a prosperous new year.🙏🏽
Don't ever doubt yourself Simon, you make the most beautiful cards, and all your products have multiple uses. We just have to wait to get them in the UK 🇬🇧 😩 😫 😭
Love my mint tape and all the ideas you show for how to use it. I recently stamped and colored a bunch of penguins. When I went to die cut them, it was challenging to get a perfect cut. After watching your video I die cut the penguin from mint tape and put it over the stamped image. The die slipped into place and got a perfect cut every time. Thanks for the inspiration!😍🙏
The last card was my favorite, Simon. Holy cow, how brilliant to use the coverplate to diecut those strips. I cant wait to play with mine❤ THANK YOU FOR BEING SO BRILLIANT AND INNOVATIVE!
I enjoyed seeing all the techniques you used. The die-cut mint tape...very cool! And stamping with water over the top turned out nice! I always have trouble choosing a favorite because each card is fun and unique! Dr Pepper or Mr Pibb are my favorite sodas.
The mint tape is terrific! As always I liked all the cards, but that stencil technique on the polar bear card was very striking! Great to see another video from you! Happy Holidays, Happy New Year to you and your family!🧑🏼🎨🤗🌲
Great tips for using the wide mint tape for masking. I, also, loved the polar bear card and the stencil technique you used. I really like your ink pads colors.
Merry Christmas! I have been using mint tape since you first recommended it, love it. Your cardstock is also wonderful, great for ink blending, my favorite. I sometimes over do it, took two days for my last ink blending to dry enough to emboss on, but was beautiful. Stay safe and have a wonderful holiday.
Hello Simon! You ROCK! I learn something new every time I watch your channel. My favorite card is the polar bears, they stole my heart! And the sunset is stunning. Enjoy your holidays! 💜🐧💜🐧💜
The last card is my favourite. I have to say I really like the speed of your video. It wasn’t too slow and your transitions and explanations are terrific. I haven’t had as much luck with the mint tape and water as you have. Perhaps it depends on where you live.
Mint tape as a stencil for that wonderful striped die! Super Genius idea! So original Simon; I love it! That card is my favorite. (Also my favorite soda is Dr. Pepper.) :)
Thanks so much for the hacks Simon Hurley ... I always have a huge stash of mint tape, but have never considered making masks out of it! My favorite card this video was the second one... With the critters!
Creative uses for the mint tape! My favorite card was the polar bears. However, I did like the way you used the pinstripe rubber stamp with water. Happiest of holidays to you and your family.
OMG Simon WOW My Oh My it was mesmerizing watching you in creative action and seeing all of your Brilliant and Ingenious CRAFTABULOUS talents come to life and I learned so man new techniques for ways to use your green tape and the inks and your creations are Magnificent works of art!! Gosh every card is Spectacular but ok you asked for a choice so I’ll say the Polar Bear Card..is BEARY precious!! Thanks for your Outstanding Tutorial and sharing your Tremendously Terrific Tips, Tricks & Techniques!! YOU SO ROCK!!!! Joan Smith
My favorite is the polar bears card. It's so cute. But I love them all! I have the 2 sizes of mint tape. Thanks for showing the various uses for it! TFS!
I liked the last card with the poinsettia best, but I would probably use that technique you used with the polar bears more since I have a lot of critter stamps and like to do scenes.
Great video Simon - love the striped background as it reminded me of a forest. Maybe it's just me! Do you know if there are any UK suppliers for mint tape? I haven't found any yet. Thanks for keeping us inspired and I hope you have a great festive period.
Pepsi is my go-to drink (one a day), but if I'm at Starbucks it's the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap!! The bear card has to be my favorite card today, but they are all great and love the tips you give us!
I LOOOVE that stampset. Tried to get it from SSS, but it was out of stock every time I tried. BUT I fond it in a Norwegian nettshop and I grab it before they get out of stock. Lucky me 🥰
I didn't realize I could die cut the mint tape that way. I am thinking a 4th surprising way to use it could have been as a stencil You could use a die coverplate that cuts the edge around the image, apply that to card stock and ink blend over it. Then reuse it to make multiple cards. You might need two pieces of mint tape though
Mind blown!! I love how you could have just added a sentiment to the candy striped card and it would have been awesome...but in Simon style, added that detailed holly!! GORGEOUS!!
Hi friends! Leave a comment letting me know which card is your favorite. :)

Simon, what do you do with the items you no longer use? I have a closet full of craft items that I no longer use and really need to move, any ideas?
I donate them :)
I like the bears

I never thought about using that low tact tape as a stencil of sorts. Hmmm
Where do get that. Tape.
I’m having issues where the mint tape is tearing the paper when I go to remove it.
I’m all ears, Simon!
I liked them all but the bears are cuter
Mind blown!! I love how you could have just added a sentiment to the candy striped card and it would have been awesome...but in Simon style, added that detailed holly!! GORGEOUS!!
Thank you Amanda!
Very nice but the top need’s alittle more for my liking
