I cant tell you how many virtual conferences I have been to lately where the panelists ultimately just hype themselves up or brown nose their CEO giving no details to their examples of their success or only giving results while failing to explain how they got there.

By pushing the sales of the Hero product, the consumable products sales will go up naturally. So, if I want to focus on the conversion optimization of the Hero product with google analytics, should I use landing pages to create sales process and move the Hero product page to landing page as well? Or there is a better way to do it?
Testing with landing pages can definitely be helpful! However I would just use landing pages to help with conversions. Keep products on product pages. You can link to products on landing pages, or offer deals.
At the 21:00 mark, you talk about who reads your headline. Wasn't that first what David Ogilvy said? "On the average, five times as many people read the headline as read the body copy. When you have written your headline, you have spent eighty cents out of your dollar.”

I wouldn't necessarily say its a page where they can checkout, but more to get leads :) But yes it can be a standalone page or it can be on your website.

Do you mean for adwords? It can help to hire a specialist unless you want to learn it on your own. You just want to make sure you're getting the most bang for your buck.

They missed a key factor: Testimonials & positive reviews (among other elemental criticisms)!!! I might have to fast forward this. The bad loan page seems basic copy / content so far.
Is there any actual research to prove these arguments? From what I have read, it depends on industry and target audience. Sometimes landing pages need more information and links to multiple resources, it depends at buyer journey stages too.
Exactly like you said, there is no cookie cutter approach to digital marketing. I give best my tips but its up to you to test them and see what works best for your market audience :)

Yes they are!
When you mention lead quizzes and hten say your sales increased 108% on lead quizees homepage it says 500%. Quite a difference there.
That's just me personally. The 500% is probably the average they see :)

Things can change frequently in the digital marketing space. I'd definitely test with both to see what gives you the best performance :)
