Hi Jen! Really good job on the recap! This was such a HEAVY episode 😩. It was more dramatic seeing it played out on screen. I'm still at a loss on what to say about the episode. We'll have 2 weeks to let That sink in. No episode on Easter sadly... I was at InstaCare yesterday with an infection. So I'm not feeling so well today. Antibiotics are not setting well. One thing they didn't show was finding the Sin Eater. I do hope they show it. I can't remember what happened to Alan in the book. Did he die? I'll think more about the episode and come leave more comments maybe. Emotionally draining episode when you care for the characters so much. Stay well! Hi Jaimie! Thank you! Yes, such a heavy episode with all kinds of drama. Definitely sad we won't have a new episode for 2 weeks, but at the same time, it will be nice to have a tiny break for Easter. Oh no! I hope you feel better soon! I'm sending good healing vibes your way. Maybe they will show them discovering the Sin Eater in the next episode. Otherwise, that will feel a little anti-climactic. I'm honestly not sure what does happen to Allan in the books. I know he had something to do with Malva, but I don't know all the details. It will be interesting to see what happens with him in the next two episodes. I know, it's hard to watch characters we care about suffer, especially poor Claire after all she's been through. Stay well, too! And yes, haha, she likes to listen in when she's not sleeping. Lol.
@@jenrecaps5901 Mentally I'm still processing the episode. I had to take a break halfway through and get some air. Realized I'd been staring wide eyed at the TV and gripping my recliner 👀. My dog even had a concerned look on her face! When I saw that I just started laughing I said let's go outside girl 🤣.
Haha, it definitely was a lot to take in. I actually pause a lot while watching the episodes cause I'm taking notes, so that gives me time to process what I just watched. But after watching the ending again, wow, that still left me with chills!
