This gentleman is so special. It’s so terribly sad and incomprehensible what Mohamedou has had to go through. With him many other falsely imprisoned people did too. Many parts of the Muslim world still suffer immensely under US oppression, the UK and even the Netherlands have contributed immensely. These leaders must be held accountable in a court of law. I fear that will not happen or succeed even if they are brought to trial. The world has become more divided since. Thankfully it’s films like the Mauritanian and the people behind the movie, the makers who are showing us that there is a form of healing possibly taking place here. Thank you.
