I love the brutalist design of the train, but I can’t say I’m a fan of the white bands around the “boiler”, it looked so much cleaner and faster before, when it was just one solid color. The long copper line going down the length is great though
I think the red is a good idea, kinda makes it look like it's made by the same people as the Steam Diesel (EDIT: after seeing it I have to agree with you about it looking bad)
The bronze is very nice, the light gray ones could maybe be closer to the black of the rest of the body, representing smth like welding spots or wtver, but the engine as a whole looks beautiful! Also, if there are big train wheels without the little extra lip, actual trains use those in the middle of big wheel blocks, to help with sharper turning!
I don't think we have many other train wheels that would suit. The smaller train wheels that could go on the front still have the same size base and they look very odd.
Given you're going off that Pennsylvania loco: Perhaps you could take a book out of it's wheel arrangement? The main driving wheels are 2 sets of 2 axles instead of 1 set of 4. That should help it go around corners.
do you have a name for it? if not, consider "Mary Smoke", "Mary Fume" or "Smoking Mary", famous brazilian train name :D its hard to translate names btw...

Yeah I know what you mean. I might look into some alternatives.
I’m so happy you’re basing this around the T1, it’s my favorite locomotive. Your dieselpunk version of it looks fantastic!
Thank you very much!
DAYUM son thats an aggressive looking design. i love it man! making me want to repair my 3 part monster :D
Thanks. Every one seems to be building steam trains now.

I know right. It sounds really good and then you see it and ughh haha.
I love the "steam" diesel look!
Thanks. Its like somewhere steampunk meets diesel punk meets alternate reality future. :D

I like bronze
I've found a very similar colour and I'm pretty happy with it, Red was pretty bad though :D

I'm not changing the wheels on this one but I am trying to build a lot of trains before TCP is out so I might have a go at another one.
You could use the red for small details
nice work
Thanks 😆

I do not have a name for it yet. I don't think its a Mary though. :D
verr nice
Thanks :)
What does TCP means?
Train Communication Protocol.
@@terr-rawr-saur Thanks
