The quantities were way off on this recipe for me. Two cups of flour to one cup water produced a VERY sticky dough and I needed to add almost another cup of flour. The amount of oil was also way too much -- as written it's two tablespoons of scallion oil per pancake, which just led to oil oozing out of the rolls as you work with them.
Yeah her measurements seem a bit off esp the amount of oil When people make this kind of food it’s not usually measured (ppl just throw it together) so just add whatever works for it to look right
It can be rolled out much bigger and thinner. Then the 2 tbs will be just right. The oil oozing out is ok since when you roll it out it will help with not sticking to the board
Some versions of this is called cong you bing which means scallion oil pastry. The oil is infused with the scallion flavor. I personally like it with loads of scallions
No, I want the Taiwanese pancake that is the size of a wok, is very wrinkly, and has soybean paste. It’s then folded and chopped. That’s what I want. I do not want this.
I came across this recipe and I've been making it twice a week since - they're addictive! Thank you for sharing this recipe.
My absolute favourite kind of Chinese pan bread/ pancake!
She is awesome!! I thoroughly look forward to her clips! 😊
No way! I've always wanted to learn how to make these! Can't wait to try!
Might be my favorite food of all time!
Waiting before rolling out the final pancake is genius
Omg I need these now 🤤😋😊
I follow this video and it came out great ❤❤❤❤ thank you. 😊
In India also there is a similar dish called parota ,but here we don't add green onions that is the difference 😊
Super delicious 👍😋 thank you
Tried it the way you made in the valentine's day cooking video, really delicious
It looks delicious ❤
I used caramelised onions instead it was delicious
Scrumptious ....😊lacha paratha 🙏👍💖💐
You make me want to cook Asian food

the editing is hilarious
Hi may o have the actual measurement for this recipe I love these ❤❤❤❤
Korean version of Madurai Bun Parotta ❤
It's Taiwanese not Korean (I'm not Taiwanese I just saw the thumbnail said it's Taiwanese pancake)
Scrumptious! Can I come over 😂😊
I'll just buy it on the street. I don't have the patience. 😜😂
Thanks for telling us the ratios measurements.....
How much of each ingredient should we use ???
Awesome! And it's vegan!

It’s suppose to be sticky. Watch chef John’s cooking video on it.
I thought i was the only one with the flour problem 🙄. Mine was sticky af!!!
@@m1996ix same!

What’s your favorite ac/dc song though?
What are the measurements ?
I followed this recipe but my pancake didn't get those layers 😭help me and tell me what I did wrong
Loooooookkkkk attttttt thhhhhaaaaatttttt❤
🤤🤤🤤
So basically a gren onion paratha 😍
You didn't say what kind of oil, olive oil? Etc
Why no eggs in the batter?
I'm wondering how this would do if cooked directly onto a grill.
Hopefully people don’t think the accidental “pint of salt” is legit. Otherwise it would definitely be a tad over salted 😅😅😅
Measurements?
Where are the measurements for the ingredients?
in desi language it's paratha
Yes. And it’s all delicious 😋
Pls give wrtten accurate recipe for it.
Where is the recipe?
these cuts are way too intrusive to make this short watchable
This is way too thick. It’s suppose to have many thin crispy layers
I had to cook them again cuz the dough was still raw 😂Lol
Wth you say your video so broken up it's hilarious 😂😂😂
You look good and cook good, what more could your husband have asked for? 😊😊😊
This is Indian parotta just exclude scallions
In India , we call it "laccha paratha"!
made this last night, i wish the inside was crispy and not soft :/
I’m sure if you cooked it on a lower heat, to cook the inside & not burn the outside, you could😊
Roll it out thinner
😅 it's like laccha paratha
Don't do Pint of salt, it'll kill you
Where are the scallions in this tho
the green onion O.O
Some versions of this is called cong you bing which means scallion oil pastry. The oil is infused with the scallion flavor. I personally like it with loads of scallions
South Indians be like 😅 hey isn't it parota...I mean it
This is not Korean pancakes
This editing gave me anxiety wtf
They look sloppy not as polished
The worst and most lazy interpretation of cong you bing I've ever seen. Have to try them 😂😋
nice telling us the measurements
That thick gummy dough in the center is what I do not like in scallion pancake.
Roll it out thinner. Hers seems a bit thick but some people like the contrast of crispy and chewy

Cool, no recipe
Tiffy. Amazon having problems getting your book, so they tell us😔🤷🏼?
