    Hello Doug, my home has been paid off for 5 years. I am worried about someone stilling my title. How do I put that home equity in the IUL. Because the bank wants to refinance at 7% that’s is higher than what the IUL is paying me.

    Do insurance companies allow money borrowed from house equity as premiums towards an IUL policy?

    I think my LOE on my primary home is is 8.75% I could pull 500K but when the market crashes/dips and the index I pick for the IUL is low or negative, won't I be losing money/cashflow? How many years is the money put in, tied up with no penalty principle deduction for getting it back?

    House values go up reflecting the need for improvements the house needs when its sold. So, if you didn't do any maintenance on the house, you'll have equity but no house and lots of expenses to satisfy the buyers when it's sold.

    In your 2008 downturn example, you incorrectly changed your profit percentage fron 4% to 10%.
    Why is the bank getting back $40000 and you are getting $100000 return in the same environment?
