I remember something about Indonesia. No matter how much food they’ve eat but if it was not rice, it means they’re not have lunch or dinner yet. Indonesia and rice cannot be separated. That’s what i remember about that country.

that is amazing to cook that hugh mountain wok of rice. That is pretty awesome for a skinny guy to stir up that amount of rice an meat. Looks so effortless using his inner strength to stir so easily and he looks so tireless. Absolutely amazing. I am a Chinese cook to cook in a 24" wok of rice for 50 people took lots of effort and energy. Thanks for posting.

That's fermentation of soya sauce, taste sweet bcz combined with palm sugar.
the black is soy sauce and the red one is curry sauce with other stuff on it
