- The more I work with the Anonimo the more I base my teaching and thinking on how the lessons are described therein. This video shows you how the cuts and thrusts are defined by the author in the introduction preceding the actual plays.

I really enjoy your content, well made and well explained. Also, being Italian myself, I really appreciate the effort you make in pronouncing the words the right way, you have probably the best pronunciation I've seen so far on youtube among non italian fencers. Congratulations ;D keep it up!
Thanks for posting these videos. These videos are how i learned of this style of fencing. Now im interested in trying to learn it.
You're welcome. Happy to hear they got you interested in learning fencing!
I am amazed by how well you pronounced "mandritto de sotto in suso", that was not easy man.
Grazie! :)
Thanks a lot!! I'm beginning the side-sword and you are an inspiration. :)
Great Explanations of strikes✌️🧐🇬🇧..Subbed
Great Summery!
Thanks for these videos. I'm just learning Bolognese Sidesword and I fend them very helpful. I was wondering what make/model of sword are you using in this video?
I’m not him but it looks like the Péter Regenyei Bolognese sidesword. Not quite sure though
Great video! I have a question: I don't currently own a sidesword, is it ok to practice with a spadroon? (650g, double edged, three bar sabre hilt)
Doesn't a spadroon have a shorter blade generally than a side-sword? Also, does your spadroon have a finger ring?
It is not perfect but yes you can. I would always say that it is best to practice with a broomstick, if that is what you currently have. This lesson is more theoretical and about the names and concepts anyway.
Is this video post-dubbed? I would be panting like crazy if I were to swing a sword and talk!
It's a comfortable sweatshirt, isn't it ;)
