Thanks, I got a Golden Cup Harmonica from China with 20 holes many years ago, more than 10, but I don´t know how to play It, now I am learning a bit thanks to the video. I have a Tremolo Harmonica, now I know. Also I don´t know if it is C or what, the case don´t say nothing neither the harmonica itself.

How do I know what key my harmonica is on ? Sorry I'm not so good with musical keys
I haven't tried this, but I suppose you could get a clip-on tuner and play through the 7th hole. The tuner might register the note.
Again, I'm no pro, this is my theory. If this is going to mess up anything, then I wouldn't do it.

How do I find the flat or sharp keys?
You can't on a tremolo. It strictly only plays the scale for the key you are in. If you want to play flats you need to get another tremolo that is tuned a semitone lower than the key yours is in, likewise if you want to play sharps you need a tremolo tuned a semitone higher. Hope that makes sense!

Got my first harmonica today and it is a C tremolo with 20 holes. For some reason, 1st hole blow sounds C and -1 or -2 sounds F, and i cant, by any chance, make the sound of D.
That's confusing... are you sure the harmonica is in the key of C?
I know the Mississippi Harmonica (I have it) has the 4th (F) on hole 2 draw, not the 2nd (D). Video is discussing a different harmonica. I can't find a tutorial on how to play the Mississippi type.

It's tricky, you can learn to bend notes in some cases, easier with a diatonic though..
Interestingly, I have a 20 hole harmonica in F major key with this sequence of notes shifted two holes to the left (i.e. the F notes are in holes 5, 11 and 17). The last two notes are A and E which would be E and B in C major scale.
