hello stell, im using a laptop rog gl503ge i dont know why my fps in all game is under 60fps, and my screen hz is 120 , is there any clue about that? sorry if my english bad
From the look of the specs on that laptop, it has a 1050 TI which is a very weak GPU. The best thing you can do is to play on the lowest in-game settings as possible honestly. You won't be able to push high frames in a games like BDO with that GPU in the laptop unfortunately.
@@Stellz Wrong, 1050 ti is a mid-end card that can play a lot of games with decent fps. You always run the game on lowest settings if you want to push for the highest FPS, it's the same for any game and rigs. If "all games" are running under 60 fps then something is wrong with your laptop.
They do this so they can’t be blamed for gpus burning up like in new world. More fps won’t do you any good anyways once it’s above your refresh rate “technically ” according to all the tech nerds. But I would say, what about the lows and the dips. I’d prefer to always be above my hz so if it dips it doesn’t dip below that. Worked fine for me so far

I'm still on 60fps, i dunno...is it supposed to go beyond that automatically?
Will this work on a freesync msi 144hz monitor? Btw it’s connected on a 60hz Acer Laptop.
i7 8700k @ 4.3hz RTX 2080 144hz 1440p
capped at 144hz wont go over...
yes i have gsync monitor help
This may be old but I'm play with a ryzen 5 2600 and a gtx invidia 1660 and I'm stuck at 60 can you help
For some reason, my GPU is at 30% usage on optimal and 100% usage on remastered. overall, remastered and optimal is the same fps for me. any ideas?
Then play whichever you like. If you have a strong gpu (1080TI, 2080, 2080S, 2080 TI) then this is supposed to happen. If the GPU isn't graphically taxed, then its usage will not be high. More usage does not equal more fps
Fans lol, I had the same issue recently with my setup where id get the same fps regardless of the settings i run. It usually means that your system is bottlenecking at your cpu or maybe ram. In my case it was ram, and i discovered that i wasnt running any xmp profiles. That little change made a huge difference and im running 100+ fps on remastered now.
@@dominolad4558 fans? You think so?
@@Stellz i have a 2080 but i'm locked at 60fps😭😭😭
@@dominolad4558 do you have any tips about this problem man? Like it happened to you too? I'm talking about overheat problems as well as lag problems that can't even mantain 60fps or reach above them with a fucking 2080!
hello stell, im using a laptop rog gl503ge i dont know why my fps in all game is under 60fps, and my screen hz is 120 , is there any clue about that? sorry if my english bad
From the look of the specs on that laptop, it has a 1050 TI which is a very weak GPU. The best thing you can do is to play on the lowest in-game settings as possible honestly. You won't be able to push high frames in a games like BDO with that GPU in the laptop unfortunately.
@@Stellz umm okay thanks for the explained
@@Stellz Wrong, 1050 ti is a mid-end card that can play a lot of games with decent fps.
You always run the game on lowest settings if you want to push for the highest FPS, it's the same for any game and rigs.
If "all games" are running under 60 fps then something is wrong with your laptop.
I have a gtx 1050ti and i can get to 160 fps on the lowest settings. Getting about 50/60 on remastered mode
@@saito853 what should i do?
They do this so they can’t be blamed for gpus burning up like in new world. More fps won’t do you any good anyways once it’s above your refresh rate “technically ” according to all the tech nerds. But I would say, what about the lows and the dips. I’d prefer to always be above my hz so if it dips it doesn’t dip below that. Worked fine for me so far
can i see your in-game settings ? it look good
Zectix you can see my settings for the majority of the video. Very low with everything turned off, 1440p res
@@Stellz how about your in-game color settings ?
@@PhoenixAndShark Game filter is set to Vibrance. I also have Saturation turned to 100% in the Nvidia Control Panel
Thanks, but for me was enough is set my refresh rate back to 84 (Game automatically set it to 60, i don't know why)
So what are the optimal specs for siege? Because im getting dsync and fps drops all over the place and i would love fixing it(im playing on the lowest settings+rendering distance)
RoLLeR Ts low spec siege mode option or just turn everything off. You will lag regardless really because of the servers though
I'm trying to figure out how to get higher fps , my refresh rate is 120 fps the first time I did it and logged back on to bdo I got up to 180 fps , logged back in a second time and it capped me at 120
nvm it was the 3d settings great video thanks bro
nice vid man
Any idia i play escape from tarkov in game write limit 60 and i get around 45-60 im with Gtx 1060 refresh rate 120hz 1920-1080 i leave a frame rate Off or put something to get more fps
Sometimes fps drop to 10 20
Sorry for bad english
No fps cap causes frame runaway and reduced VRM lifetimes. No thanks.
You don't need more that 240 in bdo, and benefit now having higher than that
what ur GPU ? why my GPU 2080s cant reach 200 fps ?? even on optimal, but 120-130 remastered not goind down
Same i have a 2080 but i can't even reach more than 60fps...
Is it true if I have a monitor with 60hertz that the max it can show is 60 fps?
yo man i heard people have these fps locks when they change their resolution to low stretched, such as 1280*960 do you know how to fix that? or have u ever faced tbat
Hmm I've never heard anything about that man sorry
Stell aight man np
do i need a better monitor? because im using a 60mhz monitor and my gpu is rtx 2060 when playing i only got 60fps
You can go above 60fps, but you won't notice a difference. If you want to visually see a difference, you need a monitor with a higher refresh rate (ex; 120/144hz)
U got v-sinc activate. V-sinc limit the fps reffered to the mhz of the monitor. In your case 60.
@@SirAlberto29 how do i turn it off? where can i find it?
thanks its work on my gtx 1080
doesnt work for me but still good to know its actually good but im trying to use this for Fallout 4
Im using laptop... GTX 1050 16 GB Ram i7-7700hq i can't unlock my fps how can i??????

nice and stupid if yout refresh rate is lower xD u se a nice number on screen, futh the screen only show you fps like hz have your screen XDDDDDDD and pc people think they know more than a console player jajajaja
I got 3900x 2080ti still cant get over 150 frames for some reason
its a frame cap
mine is locked to 65 fps even at siege low with 1080p on a 2080 ti im a cry :,(
fix did not work
Would geforce inspector be better than using GeForce experience, because i see all these other processes of experience running
I don't use geforce experience for any game profiles/settings. I would stick with using geforce inspector. The only thing I use geforce experience for is updating my drivers and using shadowplay.
hey i know im super late to this, but you wouldn't happen to know why my nvidia geforce experience isn't recognizing bdo would you? i have a 3080ti and im playing off the launcher. thx, good video!
it doesnt lock it onto 120 when i set 126.2. im geting over 200fps in fullscreen..
gyazo.com/f822853f5dd9cd68a0919ba89d45473c download msi afterburner Rivatunner you set FPS limit
Help I messed around with g sync and 3d settings and screen tear is on all my screen anywhere I'm at and restoring to defaults did not work but I do get 500fps lol wht happened ?
I would reinstall your GPU driver using DDU. There are many videos on how to do it. After a clean install, anything you changed before should be reset
My gpu only using 30% in very low setting. How to maximize that to gain more fps?
Doing the things I did in this video, and/or possibly increasing your graphic settings could actually increase FPS in some situations.
can it be used on full screen windowed mode?
how much resources your gpu is using in that 300fps?
I think around 60%
thanks bruh it helped!
