Arnie, this is a great video, I think you were sneaking a few swigs in between the segments, "Puro Bleep Cowboys" and "A la V#@ga" got to love it brother, your awesome and down to earth, this is why i stick around, never know what Arnie is up to. Saludos brother.
Everything is better in a tortilla. I totally agree. Heck I even put leftover spaghetti in a tortilla ! Great video Arnie and family. Happy Thanksgiving
Just found your channel and you remind me a lot of my dad, especially in this vide. He cooks everything exclusively over an open fire, even in the middle of winter in Ohio in the snow and cold. Much love, keep doing your thing man.
Arnie, you remind me of my late Uncle Jeff. He was on the same wavelength as you. Same type of energy, liked to make jokes and was fun to be around and most importantly he loved good food with a nice cold beer. Its awesome to have come across your channel to discover so many of the same dishes I grew up eating here in East Texas. Please keep uploading, this was a great video! 🦾

Thats gonna be hard to re create in the frozen place i live. But that looks awesome. And yes turkey tacos are amazing. Maybe my favorite. Cooked a turkey tenderloin for just that purpose and used one of your salsa recipes. Plenty of cilantro
Looks great. With this being such a big piece of protein, I would’ve lowered it over the fire to a little closer at the start and rotate every 60/90mins. It was too high up to begin with.
Turkey roasting over an open fire.... jack frost nipping at your nose... yuletide carols being sung by a choir..... hmmm hmmm hmmm hmmm hmmm..... as the song goes...
It starts and ends with the turkey itself. Find a young, pasture raised heritage turkey. The butterball and other frankenbirds can’t hold a snoodle to it.
When Arnie does the signature happy dance you just know it's good 😂
You're sure right. Everything tastes better in a tortilla.
And there's nothing better to cook over than Mesquite.

Man oh man was trying to decide how to cook the turkey this year. I think this would be the recipe what’s in the aluminum tray though over the turkey

Cool way of grilling, looks soo tasty...
Shredding the onion and garlic to get all the juices out seems like a great idea
Great instructional video Mr. Tex. I bet that is some tasty bird!
Man! Once I convert my direct cooker into something Santa Maria style Ima give that a try! My favorite so far is on the offset smoker.
That olive oil is awesome!

His mustache makes me want to listen to his cooking 🥘 show .
@arnietex you should make some of those lonches from Mexico with bolillo bread. Those things were addictively good.
Sheesh! You got to have a chile Verde video!
@ArnieTex do you have the link for rotisserie grill setup?
"Everything's better in a tortilla..." This might be my next tattoo...
I've deboned a whole turkey and smoked it on the grill.
You'd be a good Mario. You do make hungry.
How big of a turkey could you do like this? Is there a max weight?
Love ya man!!!!

That's next level turkey that can only be done by a true pitmaster. And I ain't saying that to kiss no b*tt.
Mesquite ??? Hickory man….

wtf is that "solution" that's allready inside the Turkey? And why is it in there?
Good Job !!
