The ratchet clutch one, cotton pickers use the same thing but by increasing spring tension and the ramp angle of the teeth, use it as a torque limiting slip clutch on the picker drums... If something obstructs the rotation, the teeth slide up the ramps against spring pressure, allowing the drum to stop rotating before something breaks while the drive turns uninterrupted to the operator stops
