I do feel empty these days, and just came across your music. This is so grunge, I feel my inner teen again, I'm 34. You are amazingly nailing the energy, rage, despair and tenacity of female teenagers. This is bold. This is perfect.
I'm 34 too. I love hearing this kind of energy from everyone from: Skating Polly, The Linda Lindas, and even Olivia Rodrigo. Glad this generation has their Kim Gordons, Kathleeen Hannas, and Karen Os. The new generation even has a bigger pool of idols to pick from too, from Mitski and Japanese Breakfast to Adult Mom and Snail Mail, we're really seeing a resurgance in strong POC/Queer women leading musical trends.
This is the peak embodiment of what I wanted to express way back when I was an angsty teen. This is glamorous grunge. I love it. Thank you for putting this out there.
