Always try to go with a local resident. The place you are calling Clay City is not Clay City. That's Equity and Seasons, Kasarani. Clay City started from 11th minute 😅.
We also have Maternity, Hunters, & Sunton areas in Kasarani.

That's seasons (stage named after seasons mini supermarket) and equity (used to be called jewaka coz of jewaka supermarket which closed before equity came). The real Clay city is just past githurai dam on your left, next to carwash stage

Can you do another video of the rest of clay city, show West view apartment, camp Entumoto, Njeri castle, Ya Mungu ni mengi, THE Q which was sinking, Eldorado guest house, hampton suites, Rebecca apartment. That area is very beautiful.

Clay city estate was originally owned by the Gema company, and was part of clay works, who sold to land buying companies who then sub divided.

80X33 at 10 million is very expensive, considering the expected income yield. In summary, it means an acre will cost 165 million.

I know clay city very well. I have a plot there right next to Mt Zion Baptist church where you turned right to go up the street. The plots there are mostly sizes 33X66, so am not surprised when I heard you say you saw a plot size 80X33 going for 10 million. Plots there range from 7-12 Million depending on the location of the plot.
