He is adequate as an actor. The character is something many non-actors could have pulled off because it does not require that much from the actor and the "personality" easily hides nervousness and does not require that you divorce yourself and be something very different like suddenly having to be funny and laughing in a convincing manner.

The sad thing with Michael was that he meant to do a good thing but prob didint do it the best way. Like its sad how he was looked upon as a boogieman when all he tried to do was to help others and i can understand that if u have a bad childhood, you wanna repent it, but with Michael was that he had no childhood at all and that messed with him and led to him thinking more like a child than a adult and didint understand alot of adult mindset. Even the FBI issued after his death that they made alot of things up and those who have accused Michael in court is now in court themselfs for have been found lying under oath. Rest in peace mj❤️

I agree. I believe he was just living his childhood when he got older because he couldn't do it as a kid. I couldn't agree more. Corey Feldman even said that Michael Jackson always made him feel safe. Michael wanted children to remain innocent. He loved the innocence and wanted to shelter children from evil. He was trying to do good.

From the way he talked about it (along with how Macaulay Culkin still defends him), it seems very obvious that he never saw anything he was doing through a sexual lens. I fully believe that he had nothing but pure, childlike, innocent intentions with his behaviour, and it was interviewers, like the one shown here, and members of tabloid press that were making something sexual out of it.
It may be true that he unintentionally made some kids uncomfortable, but I find it increasingly harder to believe anyone claiming that he was guilty of what he was being accused of.

One of many things surprising about Michael Jackson is how there were so many people "shocked" to hear of his death. I saw an early death coming as soon as he had mangled his face with too much plastic surgery. By then the thing with young boys was getting traction. As unique and lonely as his life must have been not having a normal childhood he showed many signs of not having what it would take to keep things together.

I feel really bad for MJ, he really meant well by giving love to kids who had it tough and might not be experiencing the love from their parents or whatever but he did it in the complete wrong way. He cared for children all over the world and he did really want to spread love to everyone but the way he went about doing that was wrong for a 44 year old man to do. In saying that, I think the interviewer was trying too hard to get Michael to slip up and say something wrong which is just gutter journalism at its finest. Michael saw himself as a child in a man’s body, hence why he lived at an estate that was pretty much a theme park and invited kids to enjoy the estate with him. To me and you, yes that’s a bit creepy for a grown man to do but to Mike he was just trying to give kids who might be having a shit run in life a better life by showing them someone who cared and wanted to see them happy and to enjoy being kids by having fun. I’m not trying to defend Michael’s actions but I can support his message in doing everything you can in helping people less fortunate and bringing love into everyone’s lives instead of hatred.

Stop behaving like a child if you expect to grow into an adult.
Teenagers are not children. You're a very insecure woman if you want to disempower teenagers and take away their autonomy. Acting like they're victims for making a self depreciating act that was a clear attempt to get what they genuinely wanted, is pathetic.

Tom Cruise has got to be the biggest covert narcissist. He can never lose an argument, talks over anyone who will disagree with him, talks with such assertion he can be convincing. But if you listen to what he doesn't say, you'll understand he doesn't mention anything to back up his claims and just gives his opinions. You really have to read between the lines and call them out on what they're not saying. These people will still come up with their theories or drag you back to the start of the argument, but you can wear them down by repeating what they're not saying. Sorta play their game against them. It's very hard to do when you're in the midst of it because of how much fluff they throw at you and don't want to give anyone else room to speak.

Most people are not "experts" on television offering informed opinion let alone scientific information. Most people barely have opinions. Many just recite cliches when given a topic to comment on. Tom Cruise is not obliged to back anything he says. Just as most people do, Tom Cruise also has opinions. A difference though is that the media wants Tom Cruise to express his opinions in their venue while they don't come to you for yours.

Yeah Tom Cruise destroyed his career. Only been in 18 movies since then. And Heigl, 18 movies, 120 episodes of Greys Anatomy, a couple other series on top of that. You need a new dictionary because your definition of destroyed seems off.

    • @nisselarson3227
      @nisselarson3227 3 месяца назад +2

To be fair, 17 of those were Mission Impossible movies.

    • @SM-bm6jo

I never knew Heigl acting in anything but I knew the name. Never have seen Grays Anatomy. Then I saw her in Suits. I thought "What is all the fuss about?" I was not impressed in any way with her. Some actors become stars because of context. Many times it is the popular show and popular character not the actor in the role. That may be the reason why she has not seen success outside that context.

Michael Jackson makes me really uncomfortable. Sleeping with your own child is one thing, but another person's child like that interviewer said that's unrelated to you is just wrong on so many levels, gives me creepy vibes! If he just wanted to spend time with the children, that's one thing but why the sleepovers? So inappropriate. I do believe that he behaved as a predator. The way he talks, his body language, that waxy mannequin looking face. Total pedo vibes, I'm sorry! He blames his behavior on his lack of childhood, but there are plenty of other adults who have had dysfunctional pasts as kids that aren't having slumber parties with little kids. Stop defending him. His fame/money may have saved his rep, but I honestly feel like 90% convinced he was a child m0lester.

quite the opposite actually, MJ was just nervous in this interview cause for months of Bashir living and interviewing him he acted pretty normal but then on the last day, which was the interview shown here he was just AFTER Michael. sure what he did was not exactly right, but not only his accusers (besides 2 but I'll get into it in a sec) have confessed they lied as they were forced by their parents to get money, but also MJ had quite literally nearly the whole F.B.I doing a severe investigation on him for over a whole decade, (as severe as ones done for proven serial killers) tore his place apart several times when he wasn't even there and completely unaware they were coming, tapped into his phones, saw his private photos and videotapes, with a crew of over 70 people in the same rooms. Not a single evidence was found of any kind of abuse, not even for just one single kid. now those 2 people I mentioned previously may not have exactly confessed, but are clearly lying, their body language and the fact that they're constantly changing their stories because people keep calling them out for their claims being impossible to have happened. for example James Safechuck's claim of being molested at the neverland train station from 1988 to 1989, which not only is impossible cause MJ was on tour staying in hotels in different states and later in different continents too, but also there's aerial pictures of neverland already in the early 1990s showing the train station did not even exist at the time, and was only planned in 1993 and built in 1994, years after Safechuck had already stopped going to neverland. this is a big comment but doesn't even contain half of the information of the case we have online. so please, do some proper research on the guy cause although this stuff was a little weird, he didn't harm anyone either

She does have a point... EVERYONE has said something nasty or crass. That's what we do as humans, period. I'm glad we are at a point where we are calling people out for this behavior but, while doing so, we leave them with little chance to learn. You don't teach someone to be better and do better by just screaming at them that they are wrong. As a southern person, especially one of her age, saying the N word, was unfortunately pretty common. I think that could have been forgivable. However, the comment about a "true southern wedding" was wrong. She knew that when she said it, I'm sure. It was probably one of those 'teehee, I'm so naughty!" comments. I think, instead of canceling her and that being it, she should have been shown exactly WHY that's wrong. Talk to a few history buffs about exactly how slaves were treated and kept. Visit a few plantations with African Americans and understand how they feel when they go there.
When you just tell someone they are wrong and leave it that, its like spanking a child and never explaining why it wrong. They aren't going to learn much other than to lie and hide what they did better so they don't get caught next time.
