You missed a major point, that is - each day you were physically present in Canada as an authorized temporary resident or protected person before you became a permanent resident counts as half a day (up to a maximum of 365 days);. may be few of them don't know this at all.

Under residence and tax, you skipped such an important question by saying no for the question:do you Currently or have ever held immigration or citizenship in a country other than Canada. Do you we need to provide the visa validity dates of all countries we have lived in apart from country of citizenship? I have an Indian passport by decent but I've never lived in India. So do I still make 1 entry or do I enter the visas of all the countries I've lived and traveled to?
Is your Ielts certificate that you used during express entry will still work even if it’s expired by now or we will have to write the Ielts again to prove language skills ? TIA

@@gaurulchhabra7371 As far as I know, if one is in the country of origin (in my case, India) immediately prior to becoming a Permanent Resident and landing in Canada, it isn't required. PR doesn’t get expired rather the PR card does. You can apply for renewal of PR card. I have already done that and actually waiting for both of those applications.
