At 4:10 onwards until 5:00 Chloe is absolutely amazing. She is purely acting on her own. No music, no one to 'bounce off', no background noise, just nothing. And the fact that she is so focused is amazing. I hope I will be able to do that.

lili long it is, I was filming a horror movie and their was a scene where I had to cry and the director yelled cut and it was the most awkwardest thing Cos no one new weather I was okay or nah Cos it’s just acting or 😂 yea fun day

Dementos Sure! The one major piece of advice I could give you is to make sure you know absolutely everything there is to know about the character you're auditioning for/playing. That way you aren't just merely playing that character, you BECOME them. See a lot of scripts don't give you much detail on who you're playing. Usually it's just "male or female, 25-35 age group, taller, athletic build, a *insert celebrity name* type". So there's not a lot of information to use for character development and analysis. Because of that, typically an actor will come up with an entire life story for who they're playing (or they do extensive research if they're playing someone that really existed). I've seen so many actors that have several notebooks worth of the backstory for their character ...and they study and rehearse it all for several months. Some actors even live as their character for a certain amount of time to make their performance more believable. But anyway, so yes the best thing to do is become the person you're playing. Also another great piece of advice is if you're serious about acting, take several workshops to really learn the craft. Don't just do theatre and think that's going to get you into the movies or on television; It doesn't, trust me. You need to get as much training as you can so that you can get in touch with that raw emotion and bring it all to the surface. I would also learn the art of improvisation because that is the route so many movies and television shows are going these days (primarily movies). Of course if you're serious, also get yourself an agent that works with SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actor's Guild - American Federation of Television and Radio Artists). They will get you the larger projects like national commercials, movie projects, television shows, etc. So yeah, there ya go. I could seriously write a book on this topic lol, but I'll stop here.
Interesting to see how the music and background noise are added later and that everyone is just dancing and moving about so awkwardly.

You try living Carrie's life, full of being constantly rejected and abused, & also having telekinetic powers that allow your momentary urges to manifest simply by thinking about it, & then tell me how much of a psycho Carrie is.
Uhh, what? How is she a psycho? Did you even watch the movie? She was bullied and abused, then when she was pushed too far, she finally snapped.
Yeah, there's a difference between a psychotic episode and being a psychopath. If she was a psychopath she wouldn't have reacted in the way she did, because the telekinesis fed off her emotions, which she would have very few of if she were a psychopath.

Probably the part where she starts murdering everyone, that scene was so well done. I especially love how Chloë acts in that scene, she has a mixture of confusion and burning hate in her face. So yeah, I really loved that scene

It’s a little less awkward in stage acting, because it doesn’t have to be as quiet (therefore most of your fellow cast members are being just as weird and crazy as you). Plus you don’t have cameras in your face.
