i teach English i told my students to watch this show because it is something that you can tell a 12 years old to watch. the storyline is amazing, it's super funny and they can learn so much bout...ETHICS! love it..
I'm not a native speaker and I can understand most of the words that all the characters were saying in the show, even without subtitle or when I wasn't paying full attention to the screen. So yeah, I would say it is a pretty good show for students learning English!
