Nice job, but you could've saved plenty of painter's tape by covering most of the window with newspaper. Apply tape only along the edges. It is also quicker and makes it easier when it comes time to unmask.
Spray with long sweeping strokes, not back and forth zig zag, apply paint like professional painters spray a car. Also, you can use newspaper for the windows.
Looks good, going to do my TJ later. Rust-Oleum makes an adhesion promotor spray I might use for prep. They make a good plastic trim paint too that’s held up on my flares for 2 years

I love chrome, I come from the 60-s era. So Ur comment is not correct. For the top I would paint it with raptor liner. although Ur way is cheaper!
