I'm David the announcer, hope you enjoyed your time at Hartsdown Park and look forward to more content from you!
I did! Thanks for making me feel welcome! 🙌
It’s people like David that make non league football tick 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Stole the show, that man
On the Road. Football.
You're the protagonist we didn't know we needed! Massive respect for the work you and other volunteers do down in non-league 🤝
Margate Mark here! Lovely to meet you Smiv! Let’s hope for a more entertaining game next time 😂
it's the one.. the only... Margate Mark up the gate!!
Haha well done mate! Enjoyed your appearence
29 years you’ve been going?! How?!!
@@Ranamon9132I thought that. He barely looked 30
@@markjenkins3609 exactly. I need that skin care routine fam.
I was born in Margate, and as a child I regularly tried to hold my breath during that very exact tunnel, glad you all now get to experience the joys of doing so alongside me.
Oh and my brother once played for Margate at youth level alongside Leroy Lita.
Becoming like marvel with these post credit scenes
Around this time 2 years ago, Nahum Melvin-Lambert off Haringey was playing in, and won, the FAI Cup final with my team St Patrick's Athletic. In front of a crowd of 37k in the Aviva Stadium. The difference a couple of years makes!
Have seen Margate play in pre-season (not sure if it's the same ground?), back in the late 70's early 80's when on family holiday in... you guessed it, Broadstairs🙂
same ground but before someone knocked the stands down before getting permission from the council to redevelop.....
If my beloved Cavalry (Canada) disappeared, it would be Eastleigh for me. Huge fan of spitfires, my great grandfather trained to fly spits in ww2. Love the idea of branding the club with ties to local history. My club, Cavalry, take their inspiration from the Calgary tanks, a historic canadian army unit.
Can you please consider putting a map of where in GB the ground is where you're going. Would love to get to know just a lil bit more where the club is from :)
Finally came to margate!!!! I hear that women every game from my house !!! watching for years keep up the amazing work
"On the road, yep back againnnnn" never gets old. Legend Smiv!
Kingstonian are home November 25th and December 2nd 😊
December 2nd is their Christmas fun day so perhaps a early Christmas present for you if you can win 🎉
2:08 my team is Liverpool
So if they were to go, my proper team would be Balham, Afc Wimbledon because local to me or fisher fc because they are fan owned😮
Kingstonian have a club shop during their home matches too 💁♀️
First draw in this seasons series :)
If my team disappeared which they did for most of last season I’d end up supporting dorking wanderers the boa series is incredible and Marc white is a icon
2:08
If my team (Tottenham Hotpsur) disappeared I would support Leyton Orient because they're my local team and go to a lot of games because of how affordable they are
Following smiv for years! First with the amazing Palmers FC. Still miss those days with legends like Knowsy, Tommo, Tommy Tom Tom, Nick etc and now watching on the road. Still hope you will visited a game of Feyenoord my favorite team in the Netherlands
Proper proper old! Amazing.
11:23 lol, brilliant ending. You never disappoint.
Love this series....fooooooootball
Love on the road smiv ive watched every single one. Still asking for you to come to Bolton would love to see the team i support on here.
Essex dwelling Millwall fan here, so if i had to support another club it would probably be my local team of Hornchurch FC, with Millwall hero in Steve Morison as the gaffer you know it makes sense
Smiv back with a banger ON THE ROAAAD YUP BACK AGAIN
stadium announcer seems like a nice bloke, fair play.
The jolly boy's outing.
Of all things said in this video, why did the Fuji Film joke crack me up 😂😂😂😂
Never seen my lad move so fast when he saw that gift card. The face when it didn't work was priceless. Haha😂
If my team(Peterborough) Disappeared, I would support Barnet because they're my Dad's other team and he grew up there!
Great vlogs Smiv really enjoyable in a Sunderland fan and also follow South Shields from the northern league north we’ve been promoted three years on the bounce and top of this league I know it’s a long drive but I would be great if you came up here to make a vlog 👍 keep them. Coming mate.👏👏
If my team disappeared I would support Stevenage FC. Never a boring game down there. Atmosphere in the east terrace is amazing. Smiv you have to come down
Did you realise Margate’s Ben Greenhalgh was once signed by Inter Milan after winning the Sky reality show, Football’s Next Star?
No? Well, now you do!
Smiv mate, if you get to league 2 you’ve got to get to edgley park for a county game, best atmosphere in the league and the pies are next level!
"I just can't picture it"😂
Smiv got to go to Maidstone for Step 2. You loved the pies you know it makes sense.
Quality as always mate
I think Smiv should start showing the distance & having a complaint about it in some way, cause he made a good cause for having the bridge lol
Mon the jags 🇧🇪
Seriously underrated channel 😮💨
You’re too kind!
Just can’t picture it 😂😂😂😂 classic Smiv
Please go to Hemel Hempstead next time, they will welcome you or even St Albans!!!
Great vlog smiv ⚽️
Villanova/Lille fan but if my team disappeared I’d absolutely be a Palace fan. That team is so fun to watch
Thanks for the Amazon Gift Card at the end
Been here since episode one bro, keep it up
If smiv doesn’t come Scunny in NLN the traveisty has begun bring ittttttt smiv love the content buddy happy tales always 😅
If my fav team disappeared… you best believe I’d become a WIGAN fan!! Yeeeaaaah baby! Get innnn WIGAN
Answering the homework question: the hypothetical phoenix club if one is established, otherwise no one. Full stop.
My team did disappear for a while (Bury)...I now go week in week out to Prestwich Heys!
I am sorry for your loss
Godfrey Poku was an absolute baller for AFC Telford. Would run through walls for 90 minutes, a real fan favourite
i’d probably say bournemouth, always had a soft spot since they came up the first time, love their stadium and they play good football especially when under eddie howe
Limbs in the away end for the equaliser!
Could hear hints of Tommy going through that tunnel 😂
Montel from SE Dons in the team for Margate!
Finally smiv you come to my town and we let you down lol ground is about 10 walk from my house and on home games you can hear that drum in my front room. Up the gate
was good to meet you 🤩
Pete Doherty lived in Margate so think that’s why sponsored by the libertines ………but now living in Normandy, France
the band have a hotel in town with a studio etc
Good to see ex-Hatter Godfey Poku playing for Margate
You should go welling again vs Yeovil on the 25th, will be a brilliant atmosphere as well
Man City fan since 1992. If the team disappeared I would probably support Macclesfield FC. Fell in love with Non League Football :)
Poole town against Walton on Saturday, unreal atmosphere
If my team (Luton) disappeared I'd probably support Hitchin as they are my local side (ironically even more local than Luton) and I've always had a soft spot for them being in the depths of non-league
I'd probably watch Barton Rovers
You should go and visit Bognor Town FC cracking ground with a great atmosphere
The haringey borough keeper is QPR’s Former Goalkeeper Dillon Barnes
Will charlie be joining you this season 👍 love the vids. COYS. Also if spurs didn't exist I would be a Peterborough united fan ( they're my second team) Love them to bits.
I'd support Tottenham, because I'm a Barnsley fan and I'm used to losing and being the smallest club in the area.
Torquay fan here, keeping it local I'd have to go support Exeter City as i went to watch them play Canvey Island where they lost 2-0 about 20 odd years ago
I coached my brothers team at that stadium, I can proudly say those curved dugouts are cosy, although I was linesman during the game
hello smiv thanks for the shoutout
What about Aldershot town. This is coming from a Swindon fan and they just done us 7-4 in the cup.
I would absolutely love it if you could visit ashford United in Kent
I hope you are going to be visiting Goodison Park this season, Smiv. Because you won’t be able to afterwards.
i would support sunderland as the show sunderlan til i die was one of the main things that got me interested in football
If my team disappeared I couldn't support anyone else..I'd just go on adventures abroad and experience a game in every country I could..
25th Nov. Gosport Boro v Didcot Town 👌🏻👌🏻
I'm a Wigan fan. If I had to go support someone else, it would have to be Hereford! Grew up there when I was born and sometimes did community football training with them.
St Albans mate for National League South 👍
Brilliant as always
Go to hendon fc
On the roadddddd
8:22 that’s a 10/10 from me
National league south please come to Eastbourne borough, just got rich new owners in but they’re struggling at the moment!
Not mentioning Montel Agyemang who plays for Margate/SE Dons is a crime. Absolute baller.
Chelsea fan here, if my club disappears into thin air then I’ll support West Ham cause my Grandma’s younger bother supports them and they’re heritage
Smiv, you’ve got to come to FC United of Manchester in the northern premier league, they’re fan owned and have a great story
If my beloved Aston Villa disappeared I’d support Solihull Moors. They’re the most local side that don’t have any ill feeling toward Villa (at least I don’t think so, well apart from a small Blues contingent who attend some of the games) and I’ve also been to a few games in the past. I think you should go to either Redditch United or Leamington. Might not be a weeknight trip 😅
RAMSGATE! COYR!
if my team disappeared (bristol rovers), I would probably go and support either Liverpool due to my old man or Bath City since its local and the connection to Rovers.
Smiv when you get to national league. Can you come to Maidenhead United (York Road) the oldest continuously used ground by the same team in the world
When you went through the tunnel I was looking for Tommy.....
If my team disappeared, I'd probably go for AS Roma as part of my family is from there and supports them!
If my beloved team disappeared into thin air - I would have to go local and support Yate Town Football Club. Come on you Bluebells!
Staying at step 3? Can I recommend Bognor Regis Town? Fa trophy game on Saturday should be great! Proper decent non league team!😊
Put smelly socks in your next video big fan btw
Smile I think that you should go to Dagenham and Redbridge next time
Stadium announcers are my favourite football people
There I was, ready to recommend Maidstone v Havant & W on Tues 28th until the 96th min…
If you get Relegated again you gotta do Sheppey United, you keep going past us 😅 Isle Of Sheppey, we was literally on the map you put up and you've already done 2 of our biggest rivals in Sittingbourne and Chatham
have to say that was great stuff! next time you'll have to help me out on the drum eh?
It’s a deal!
My 2nd team will always be Whitchurch Alport of the 9th tier
I think you need to put 'reciprocating flux capacitor' into the next vid' 😀👍
If my team were to disappear it would have to be Charlton. Miles Leaburn Supremacy.
Those are Copa's on the ref. He'd be absolutely mad to wear World Cups on turf.
If arsenal disappeared, I'm thinking fiorentina, quality kit, rabid support and the food, oh the food...
If Wigan disappeared, Chesterfield, only a five minute walk and 6 ex Wiganers in the staff and team at Chesterfield
yep back again
