Anand and Devki on one hand, and Yashoda and Vicky on the other, have got married recently. While Devki has a child, Yashoda is expecting. एक बच्चा और दो माताएँ, जीतेन्द्र ने सोचा उसकी पत्नी श्रीदेवी की मृत्यु हो गयी है,यसोदा के पति की मृत्यु हो गयी अपने बच्चे का क्या करें तो यशोदा को दे दिया। यशोदा को सहारा मिल गया, किन्तु कुछ समय बाद श्रीदेवी लौट आई अपने बच्चे की मांग करने लगी। जीतेन्द्र का रोल तो ठीक था किन्तु दोनों बच्चा चाहती थी, बिकल्प क्या था। एक की ममता को मरना था।
