  • If we want to be like Jesus, we must first learn to abide in Him. But what does that look like? What steps must we take? And how do we step into our anointing?

God actually trusts us with the good news of Jesus, with his Holy Spirit…never saw it like that. That hits home ❤

love this as God makes us fruitful, He is using us as fruit which by definition has seeds to be sent and continue to grow his kingdom.

Why does pruning have to take what’s left? My dog and car wall have. My dog is dying. The car well if I make it to the next stop it will be the last stop. I am not fighting against God. So I don’t understand why I have to lose.

I am so sorry to hear that you are going through a tough time. God has also been pruning me lately too, and it took me a while to grieve what he’s been cutting off. I know it is much easier for me to spew out some positive cliches to you on the other side of a screen. But what I do know is that our God is much bigger than our pain. And if you continue to look to him and remain in him through the valleys of shadows of death, he will redeem you. Your rightful place is at the right hand of God as an heir to all of His greatness. He is pruning you to make room for something bigger, something worthy of his heir. I may not know you, but this I know. I will pray for you, and I can’t wait to hear your redemption story, if not in this life, then in heaven.

Sometimes, I think we shed old skin that stifles our growth. The loss of a car is a mental shift that saves ALOT of money and takes you out of 'the matrix'. The loss of a pet, opens the door for a different type of love. A partner, a child or both.
Let it hurt, but not for too long. They have served you well, and maybe their time with you is just, complete.
