- On April 27th, 2024, reports circulated about two missing girls, Celine and Afiba. At the time, the suspect, Andrew Amechi, a 52-year-old British-born Nigerian former gas engineer, was arrested but refused to confess to the whereabouts of the two friends.
Afiba, who people later discovered was married, was shamed for going all the way to Nigeria to cheat on her husband. Some even went as far as saying the girls deserved what they got.
However, after Popular Nigerian activist Harrison Gwamnishu got involved in the case, the truth about who Andrew Amechi is and his horrific abuse and diabolic ways with young ladies was brought to light. Initially, The Narrative that most of these women are hookup girls looking for a millionaire before becoming Andrew Amaechi’s victims spread like wildfire.
However, a few celebrities, such as Mary Remmy Njoku and Dr Rommel of Real Housewives of Lagos, came out to tell people not to condemn or be distracted but to focus on the main issues.
Currently, there are about seven victims who have come forward to share their stories of abuse and molestation by Andrew. Some of them sustained severe injuries while trying to escape.
Who are these girls who are Victims of Andrews’s deadly and sinister ways? Despite their family trying to change the Narrative, will Celine and Afiba be found dead or alive?
I think the police contributed to this horrific situation . He carefully chose a country he will excel in his evil doing and also knew he will be able to ‘buy’ the police if anything happens. SMH !!! Nigeria police are failing their citizens each day!!! Have mercy 🙌

No body deserve to die or miss like this because they r human being. Afiba may b a victim of circumstances...who excorts a friend though i wouldn't take on a journey my husband isnt aware of. .. women & quest for glam life. We don't want to work but we want to live soft life. If monster Andrew didn't flaunt his ill gotten wealth to entice her...she probably won't b on that journey....may we keep learning

What if, just what if the two girls Celine and Afiba are alive but on some sort of witness protection cover? It takes a lot of physical energy for even a young rapist to overpower and kidnap a lonely lady and account from Andrew's other victims showed they were alone with him when they were kidnapped and yet the lady although alone still managed to escape from him. How then can such a clumsy psycho guy in his 50s overpower a team of 2 young agile ladies who have been friends and who have traveled and rolled together for more than 3 years?
I won't be surprised that what happened was that Andrew maybe tried attacking one of the girls, and they overpowered him, made a video telling their people they've been kidnapped and still found a way to escape or invite the police who rescued them and arrested Andrew.
It is possible the Aba police who came to arrest Andrew know the actual whereabout of the missing girls. Could it be that the two girls Celine and Afiba are actually lesbian lovers and Andrew was using this fact as defence to blackmail them with the police?
