There are different ways for filling gaps in meteo data sets, depending on the variable considered and the length of the gap. In our tutorial we only deal with calculating simple statistics and it works even when some data are missing. For reconstructing time series I recommend that you study the corresponding climatological procedures
Hey Francisco! I have weather data for every 15 mints of each day for the whole year. I have to take averages of each hour rather than 15 mints and then move onto next hour. Can anyone guide me excel shortcut to find the averages of each hour directly rather than calculating them individually? Thank You

For monthly rainfall you will need to use SUMIFS
