The clones maybe Hantengus emotions but i see them more as clones of the uppermoons Sekido or Anger is like Kokushibo because we almost always see him angry Karaku or Pleasure is Douma because he is the most laid back Aizetsu or Sorrow is like Akaza becuse they are hot and he is the third clone Urogi or Joy is like Gyokko since they are joyful when praised and Zohakuten or Hatred is like Muzan since they are both the most powerful in their groups
