The Supreme Court didn't say Texas was wrong. The actual decision was a suspension of a lower court ruling. Bottom line is Feds can remove the wire but Texas can also keep erecting barriers. The Constitutional legality is still under Supreme Court review.

If Biden trys to recall the Texas National Guard. They have the right and duty to disobey those orders. If the national guard decides that the order is illegal or unconstitutional. They have the right to disobey. It is written in the UCMJ or Uniform Code of Military Justice the Duty to Disobey.

I think that as a Texan if Biden decides to take over our Texas national guard, then our law enforcement agencies across the state should then issue a call for our residents here. They should offer Texas citizens who are legally able to own and possess and carry a firearm to show up and be sworn in as police in our state. As Texans we will hold the line.

The US Supreme Court does not make laws. The US Supreme Court cannot override the US Constitution the Supreme Court can only agree or disagree with a lower court ruling the Supreme Court is also supposed to abide by the US Constitution. With all that said, I think this is a distraction, put on by the governor and by the federal government to distract us from something else.
