The water pump deletes with 4 outlets, are for running two lines to the heater core lol if you’re not using them you just plug em.

Actually the motor has 1 inlet and 1 outlet on both sides of the head, so for proper coolant flow to a rear mount they need to be y’d together before running back. But if you referring to a stock water pump, yes, there is an upper and lower rad hose position as well as the 2 smaller ports for the heater core
