Since WHEN does a parent "ask" a child if she wants to be changed? Grow a pair, mom. You're the adult. (Shouldn't a 2 year old already be toilet trained?)
Thank you for your concern. Per Johns Hopkins Children develop at different rates. A child younger than 12 months of age has no control over bladder or bowel movements. There is very little control between 12 to 18 months. Most children are unable to obtain bowel and bladder control until 24 to 30 months. The average age of toilet training is 27 months. As for the main comment, I am the adult and I am learning how to become a good parent. There is no instruction manual, but I alway do what is best for our family, even though it may not be the same as most. Thankfully, Zen was fully trained by 27 months.
She should be potty training anyways, but since we can see who has the power in this house, and it isn't mom! She needs the hand of wisdom applied to the seat of knowledge!!!
I love your user name! Great Song!!! As for Zenika being too old for a diaper, thankfully she was fully trained shortly after this video. www.google.com/amp/s/www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/toilettraining%3famp=true
On a side note, I thought you may appreciate this video. I was part of the crew for our community theatre when they performed Les Miserables. ruclips.net/video/ygxh2oSUVzc/видео.html
You are making excuses for your laziness. Are you going to ask her permission about everything until she's 18? Good advice comes from the many Mothers who have had children and lots of experience not from books or uninformed individuals.
You know you shouldn't judge, the toddler will be ready when she's ready and 2 is definitely not to old I wasn't potty trained till I was 4 so please don't judge.
