I own a pair of kilts, produced by D.C. Dalgliesh, with a third being produced as I type this. When you're plopping down $1000 for a kilt you expect top quality, and D.C. Dalgliesh delivers in spades. Though I don't own one of their silk scarves, I can vouch for the absolute top quality of their products generally. And their traditional shuttle looms create fabulous fabrics.
