Well, I've never made a fanvid before so this is all a bit new to me. Unfortunately I don't have any good video editing software so I had to make do with Movie Maker. If anyone has any (preferably free) video editing software they can recommend I would be really grateful.
Sorry, the timing is a bit off in places but the preview function kept freezing while I was making it so it was quite hard to judge. I didn't have access to TBB either, which was a shame since there were some clips I really wanted to use from it. Ah well.
Still, hopefully I'll get better with practice!
I can't put into words how much I love this show and these two.

I heard this song and saw my first Sherlock episode about the same time, and each captured my imagination to a degree that's never happened before, somehow in my mind they were linked...but it never took form until I saw this video.This is a gift to those of us who've become Sherlock/Cumberbatch /Adele disciples and I thank you.
No matter how many times I've watched this video - it BURNS each time anew.
It is one of those things that will never get old, never become less than perfect.
I haven't been able to keep this song, or this video out of my mind. Every time it comes on the radio at work I have to stop myself from dancing!

HOLY GUACAMOLE I LOVE THIS! I was just thinking today that so many of Adele's songs could fit perfectly to their relationship. I personally like the song "I'll Be Waiting" for them after Reichenbach's fall, mainly from Sherlocks perspective speaking to John.
This song came on the Radio today and I couldn't help but picture this video. That must mean that you did a superb job putting it together. Which you did.

Oh, God! This is still the best video to go with this song there is. I can't wait for Sherlock, Season 3. I'm counting the days! This song gives me goosebumps every time I hear it, and especially when I watch this video. And Benedict Cumberbatch as Sherlock... well, words fail me. "...my knees were far too weak..."

Very good job. Loved the clips you selected to use as well. Not a lot of videos that I run into use the war flashback footage, but it was a perfect choice for the lyric placement.

I still find it cute how he rushes to get the vest off of John because he is worried about him even though he thinks it's all over he cannot bare the thought of John getting hurt.
An amazing video. I hardly saw the 1st series and I really want to see it. I hope the BBC repeat it on their digital channel. I think they did last year, but you know the beeb can't resist showing great programmes again. Martin Freeman has really stepped out of the comedy shadow that was created with The Office ( great programme it was- he must've thought he was being typecast) Can't wait for The Hobbit and Sherlock Series 3. But, could it be Cumberbatch for 007?

Very very good vid... But... it is not possible to set fire to the rain. However the chemical element Potassium does react with water by creating fire. :)
