- Bigger, better and more work! I'm back with another Warcraft 3 Diorama build from scratch, using a variety of tools, materials and software like fusion 360 and blender to design and 3d print my own models.

@@MiniQuest64 Honestly would like to see the night elf one last. Not because i hate 'em. but that gives more potential oopsie time in the orc base. The treants in the forest (with a wisp around the tree) and bright moon-wells. (you can also look at w.o.w for some inspiration. They like making roman-ish temples as side-art)

Maybe as an interlude, you could something smaller like the Mercenary Camps, Goblin Laboratory or Goblin Merchant and with some Creeps. So basically the neutral faction.

What a fun time it was to paint the buildings and contribute to this massive project - I had such a great time!
And WOW, the sculpts of Arthas and Kel’Thuzad turned out so well! I really like the low-poly look 👌

As a fan of Warcraft III which flooded my childhood, I personally consider this work really insane.
To propose you a base a lot of people wouldn't think of, I want to propose a naga base, based on the last fight of "The Frozen Throne" between Illidan and Arthas.
This should be illegally beautiful.

That undead base looks great! Definitely worth the wait. All the Warcraft 3 factions boasts some amazing aesthetics but I think night elves would be a worthy challenge for you.

The ziggurats is freaking good. Moreover, he picked the colour purple. For you who didn't know. It was a main colour for the undead. As a main undead player. I rated this 9.8/10.

Das warten hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Man sieht, da steckt viel Arbeit und Mühe drin. Das Diorama ist dir auch wirklich gut gelungen, es sieht großartig aus. Kann es kaum erwarten das die nächste Base folgt. Und sind mal alle Gebäude beisammen, dann werd ich mir wohl die Dateien gönnen müssen. 😅

Imagine having graphics like this in the structure of Warcraft it would be able to compete with the re-reforged graphics but a smother version.

This makes me dream of scene recreations from wow...Like the bridge to Stormwind, Goldshire, Crossroads etc. Dioramas of towns we all know by heart. Nonetheless this is INSANE. I have never seen anything like this. I play Warhammer tabletop, but this is next level! This is such an amazing blend of talents and hobbies, truly astonishing!
Oh boy! The World of Warcraft has so many iconic places and scenes to create, I think I could dedicate the whole channel just making Warcraft Terrain for years :D I've painted a lot of Warhammer Fantasy /AoS/40k which helped a lot! Thanks a lot buddy =)

@MiniQuest64 Awesome! I started out with Craftworlds and branched out to all the Eldar factions in 40k. Lately I'm working on AoS with Idoneth Deepkin and Daughters of Khaine :)

Oh Eldar sound like a challenge! I always struggled with these "clean" paint jobs :D
My friend Tobi from PaintQuest convinced me to get a Combat Patrol and I took the Battle Sisters! Still need to build them =)
Otherwise, Orcs & Goblins / Dwarfs for WHF and some single models for skirmish Games like Warcry/Necromunda and so on!

@@MiniQuest64 good point, there’s only slight differences, high elves too have a few unique buildings but nothing too extreme

Wow...this is unbelievable!
Holy ****. The effort that editing must has gone into the Undead Diorama is actually insane. 01:29-01:30 strikes out to me in particular. It must have taken HOURS to sculpt that Citadel, and you merely skimmed over it in less than a SECOND. 4 Months is an absolutely insane amount of time and effort to put into ONE video. The humour, editing, and artistry is truly incredible. Thank you for your time, effort, and patience that you put into this art: I know it must have been trialing to say the least! Very very excited for the Night Elves, please pay extra attention to the Ancient Protectors!
After another very sad day of looking at my RUclips Analytics, loosing more than 60% of my viewers in the first 30 seconds in almost all of my videos and my latest release not getting any more views at all after so much work and time spend, while I still can't figure out what I did wrong of how I can fix this... This comment almost made me tear up. Thank you for this, I really needed this. You, my friend, are a good guy and I appreciate this more than you could ever know.

@MiniQuest64 also i'll just quickly add, I know that the orc video isn't performing as well as your undead one, but I just wanted to add that, for me personally, I liked the orc video way more! The snappy humour, the vibrant, cartoony aesthetic, and the surprise of Grom at the end(!!!), every WC3 videos shows a marked improvement from the last! Like I said on the orc video, I literally never comment or interact with videos, but seeing your dedication compelled me to interact with the video. Once again, can't wait for the NE, and do my Ancient Protector justice! :D

I amazed at seeing WC3 game structures being summoned into our physical universe
@@user-rr4fr8pf3j Absolutely in a sense. 1-the nature of virtual objects and 3D graphics is that it is a mathematical simulation of our reality, dimensions, physics engines, ray tracing engines, and so on. Currently, no computer or development platform is powerful enough to mimic reality... Where games exist out of millions of polygons, which need to be rendered and told what to do, our universe exists out of trillions. Our bodies have billions of cells and hundreds of billions of atoms if not trillions that seemingly require no rendering. So physical models are by definition far superior to even the best modern-day graphics. No software or hardware system is so powerful it does all this that life does on a daily whim.
Our spectrum ranges from the lowest polycount to the highest. And so, we can sketch and build/ 3D print low poly objects... We could have taken that Ziggurat and modeled it to have millions of polygons, looking far more high-definition and we could have printed that... A realistic, high-detail, textured, sharp, flat model.
With modern-day graphics like Unreal Engine 5, those still are a far cry from the real thing, especially with complex things like hair, hair motion, natural flow, positioning, reaction, and cause-and-effect, those things are always glitchy, weird things to look at. Physics in 3D are always unnatural at some point or another but here and there the
lines between the physical and virtual are getting more and more blurry my friend. Some more recent studies and projects have truly begun bridging the divide between the virtual senses and the real ones aha. Like for real yo, that was an excellent question, thanks for putting it forward. So one day, I think it is highly likely, that some simulation will be either discovered or artificially created which can be experienced to the full 100% that you and I experience reality today and live in it. Not even knowing what our reality truly is. where, how, what, what is it made out of? what is consciousness and so on?
Amazing!!! For my personal taste I would ask for the night elfs but if you really want to surprise everyone, do the Naga!!!!

@@MiniQuest64 Think risk, but you draw cards for starting resources and concur territories which helps with your base growth. For each growth you get different kinds of resources and soldiers and you can attack the same way as risk until you take over the entire battlefield and reduce your enemies town to nothing! So you have the RTS bases for each person, and they get resources like catan for each spot they control to make stronger bases to generate more troops that will then attack territories like risk!
Oh yeah that reminds me of Catan a lot! It also sounds a little like MTG!

Thank you so much! The graveyard was the first model I tried and that thing cost me over a week :D An absolute nightmare
