@@LauraLemurexASMR Both my parents were born and raised in Wales too….In Swansea. I spent time there in my childhood & I remember the beaches in Gower were so much more lovely than the ones in south east England…Some of my Father’s relatives spoke fluent Welsh but neither of my parents could….I always remember there was this welsh railway station with this really long name which my Aunty Marion could recite and pronounce but I couldn’t…. I could only remember the ending being ‘go-go-goch ‘ and I would have to fake the rest of it …..lol (Paul)

I love your voice but I can't listen to it when I go to bed because I get sleep paralasys I just had a 2 hour long half dream half sleep paralasys adventure Not your fault tho! I love your videos for normal relaxing time
Why do you have sleep paralysis? 🤔😱🥺😭💔 It sounds SCARY! I have death anxiety 24/7! Even worse when I'm falling asleep, before I wake up, throughout the day...Its scary too! Is there a cure for sleep paralysis? 🤔🥺
@@dmhq-administration Try not to worry ok. Try to relax and take your mind off specifics which could be causing the anxiety. With things like ‘death anxiety’ it might even be caused or exacerbated by this recent saturation media coverage of the LA fires showing all the carnage and devastation. It might be having a psychological affect on you the way it has with a lot of other people I’m sure ….(Paul)
