Go to Sims Resource find something you like and click download. After its downloaded go into e game file and find the folder that says mods. Put the download in there and turn on CC in game. Hope this helped, sorry I'm not good at explaining stuff.

The reason your wall was bright like that and you couldn't see what you were doing on white surfaces were because of the lights. Too many of them in the same area makes the wall appear luminous.
