Because of Bea I actually wanted to have a whole honeycomb or beehive in my backyard when I was 14, 6 years ago...Lol I'm glad I can plant some flowers and bees can still coming, but a honeycomb is a lot to take care of when you work or study😂

I work for a pest control company as a mosquito "technician". There are a ton of ways bees are being effected. The most human direct is my job. If not done properly or done lazily it results in a lot of useless or dead bees. Our spray is not aimed at flowers but they do get hit quite often. And it kills what it hits, not just mosquitos. The main reason we avoid flowers is because if we do spray a flower and a bee goes into it the chemical will bond permanently too the pollen receptors on the bee hence making that bee useless and potentially bringing poison back to a hive. If enough damaged bees get back to a hive it can destroy their young. Also, our company started planting flowers but we mainly run bee hives to try to put back in what we take out how ever we do not put back into nature nearly anything close to what we kill. I hate my job for the impact it has but I can't afford to quit. Services like ours have tripled this year from last and next year is projected to be even busier.
Awww I wish I could plant and help but I have no garden and even if I plant them in pots idk if they would survive bc the weather here is hot and humid
