I already got my name change but how do I get my new birth certificate and Social Security card? Like where do I go for that?

I am a transgender woman. can I get a passport in my Male birth name and gender? I want to go to court later for name and gender change to my chosen Female name and female gender but KEEP the Male Name and Male gender on my passport. Can I do this or will Dept of state reject my application. ( want to visit 2 countries that Discriminate against Transgenders) After I visit those 2 countries I can change my passport to read Female/female gender... PS: I haven't had a passport in over 40 years) My driver's licence in Illinois shows my male birth name but Female gender checked per my request..... thanks Veronica....I am thinking I may have to wait until I return to USA After my travel to change Pass port to Female/Female gender ????
After my intrnational travel is over and done I will have all documents as female name and Female gender checked. thanks
