Wow, these guys still got it. Brings back memories of my misspent youth. I think I still have their first album salted away in the archives. Gonna have to look and see.
Ah, the Capitol Theatre, the only time I ever saw Hot Tuna was there in '75. Still love them.
Jack's work on I See the Light is bringing chills to my spine. Such a combination of tender feeling and just ripping!

These guys are the understated legends of American music..Jorma into his 80s and Jack Casady late 70s and playing beautifully with timeless grace and authority.
MY, MY time flies!
First saw them with Papa John and Sammy Piazza, on the Burgers Tour, 72' Chicago Auditorium....Loud beyond belief at that time. The more mellower, Piedmont kind of Blues here is cool too. Keep on Trucking.
Saw them open for The Band Rock of Ages concert 1971 and can still hear Jack’s bass - literally.
I saw them in 1976, and a friend of mine saw them around 1976. We both said that they were deafening.
Got tickets for the Feb show here in South Florida. First time seeing them. On my bucket list...

Incredible show last night! The audio quality does not do this amazing performance justice.! Jorma is 80 and Jack is 77...Amazing stuff!
