When eating fried foods its always gotta be crispy for me. To me thats the whole point of fried food, that crunch you can only get through frying.

I've had a fried chicken eating contest before. Wings and legs first then thighs then breasts. The juiciest ones first to get you mouth watering then the drier meat at the end. I stripped all the meat off the bones then just had meat and crust to deal with which is much easier.
