Minced garlic 8g (2tsp) 蒜蓉 8克 （2茶匙）
Light soy sauce 7g (1tsp) 生抽 7克 （1茶匙）
Rice wine 6g (2tsp) 花雕酒 6克 （2茶匙）
Oyster sauce 15g (2tsp) 蚝油 15克 （2茶匙）
