Merasmus literally cannot die, like he’s just actually immortal with no weaknesses. There is NOTHING the demons can do to put him down for good, he’ll just keep coming back, stronger each time until he just atomizes them. That’s not even counting how he can just go back and time and kill their parents before they could even give birth to the demons.
