They were actually aqua green shoulder harnesses to match the track. Kumba's B&M steel track and its side rails are bright pale green, and the supports are red orange. In 2010, Kumba OFFICIALLY received a fresh repaint, and B&M swapped out some of the wheels on Kumba's trains to make the roller coaster louder than it was before. In 2012, they swapped out the aqua green safety harnesses for the NEW black ones. And Kumba at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay received its SECOND repaint just NEARLY 5 years ago in 2019.
